Quite possibly the best chanel on the tube, it's fun, precise, informative, educational, fresh with regular updates and exceptionall in its presentation from someone who has a full understanding of his craft and with exceptionally good instruction, i for one always look forward to Jumper Man Tech every week without all the flim flam nonsense. You are an exeptional tradesman and trainer and thank you.
Youre very welcome & thank you so much! Really appreciate the feedback🙏 Such kind words. Glad you find my videos informative and helpful. Stay tuned for new videos every week!🔧⚡️
Wish I had this video when I was thrown in controls and I had to figure everything out myself 😮 I love these belimos. The only one I had trouble with was the PWM ones.
Happy New Year J.M.T.! Another great and informative video. I show them to my coworkers in commercial HVAC. If possible would you consider doing a video on the Belimo SY2-110? I think these valve operators are discontinued but I know there are still slot of them in use in the field. Thanks and keep up the great videos!
Happy new year! Glad you enjoyed this video! That's really cool that you share the videos with your coworkers. I'll take a look into that valve. These things are tricky. You're very welcome & thank you! Stay tuned for new videos every week🔧⚡️
Muy buen video ,saludos desde España ,se ha ganado un nuevo suscriptor😉👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Me podria resolver una duda? Cual es el precio del aparato o cuanto le ha costado a usted?? Muchas gracias 👍🏻
Hi Jumper Man, I enjoyed the video and wish to add a safety tip and terminology clarification... *To "PREVENT ELECTRICAL SHOCK" or other hazard to someone, wire the power cord to your Demo Switch and plug that into the wall instead of "reverse feeding current into a receptacle" *You refer to your valve as "Normally Closed" - it is really a "Normally Open" model by standard terms - no Power = valve Open
So the 24VAC is a constant power supply to the actuator and the 2-10VDC regulates the position? I'm DIYing a wood pyrolysis furnace with new electronics and couldn't figure out why primary and secondary air supply actuators didn't work. The new electronic regulator has a Y1, Y2 connection and a common connection. Basically integrated 2-10VDC controller it seems I just didn't make a connection till now. 😏 The old regulator was wired with two 24V transformers but I just assumed they were transformers for electronics. Good thing I didn't throw them in the trash yet😄Anyway this video might be a lifesaver. Thanks
Can you please help to solve this issue.. when i apply 10VDC (max control vdc) the actuator 50% only opens… it’s doesn’t go to 100% .. even i did the self adoption function..how to make this into 100%: Model is SVK24-MFT-50

thank you man. you have helped me a lot in understanding.
Glad I can help! You're very welcome & thanks for watching! Stay tuned for new videos every week 🔧⚡️
I have tons of these at my work but they are the modbus system version which is really complicated it's like canbus in a car
These things are definitely tricky! Thanks for watching & stay tuned for new videos every week!🔧⚡️
Nice explanation, appreciate your videos.
Very well explained in a practical via
I have and use a signal generator for all my control components. It does -10vdc to +10vdc and 0-22ma.
Thats awesome 👍🙌 Thanks for watching & stay tuned for new videos every week🔧⚡️
I would like to know the theory why DC negative must join to 24VAC common ?
I work with a BMS system at work. this video is wanting me to make something for at home
Class video man ..very very nice

Great job . thank you so much for passing on the knowledge

Can the DC negative be connected directly to the AC negative? please answer, this will help for me. Thank you
Great explanation
Great content like always, have you ever done a video about a smoke detector wiring and troubleshooting, thanks.

Very good
Is this not a normally open valve since de energized it is open? It fails to open if power is lost
Nice
Thank you!
Good video. I wouldn't permantly connect a negative wire from a DC circuit to a common wire from an AC supply
I need to understand about 24 v ac function.
Cool room wiring diaghram explan
Thank you! I appreciate that. Stay tuned for new videos every week🔧⚡️
what is purpose of resistance 500 ohm?
How to we connect this to the temperature control
Thank you
THE slowest closing valve in life
Indeed🐢
