The funniest part of kai's journey through elden ring was how, when he finally beat it, he said it was a masterpiece of a game and a work of art and all that. His view on the game makes sense when you realize he only plays fifa, NBA, and madden 99% of the time. So he was basically a victorian-era child being fed a pizza.

@@Nameless_Godzilla literally all you have to do is not have less than 20 vig for that fight, I had a +5 bloodhound fang with bloodflame blade, golden vow and flame grant ms with warrior jar shard and just L2 R2 until he died, if I didn't whiff one hit I would've killed him before he even went meteor mode. BHF is fucking broken so I never use it, I was just tryna slay this mfer so I can get in the dlc.

Funny video, but I gotta respect the dude. He stuck with his first souls game to completion and no summons. Tried to buy a homie Bloodborne and teach him, he couldn't get past the first boss, even trying to teach him to summon me was too much, got another Homie DS3 as a birthday gift his first souls game as well and he rage broke the disc like an hour in. My coworker did Sekiro as his first soulsborne game, and he traded it in after only playing like 30 min.
I get these games arnt for everyone, but I respect the people that at least stick with it to the end.

A streamer I watch called "sidearms4reason" also picked up his first souls game, elden ring, and is using a mage build because he wants to use black fire (amaterasu) and likes cool visuals (also hes a big Naruto fan 😂). He didn't even know at first that mage was an easier build until his chat told him. Now he sarcastically says stuff like "I bet melee scum couldnt first try ___ boss" (while he often times dies as well and blames it on lag or the boss is cheating 😂). Ffs let a guy play the game, the back seating on this game is just ridiculous sometimes.

It's completely ok if you leave Elden Ring and move on, the most important thing is you having fun and being happy, if this game doesn't bring you joy, simply not your type of game. Quitter, on the other hand, is someone like Asmongold or other people who beat previous SoulsBorne games but quit Elden Ring because they couldn't get good at it. Those people get their ego hurt, can't fathom their level of skill issue and then shed tears and complain about the game in reddit. Leaving the game if you don't like it is completely healthy behaviour and actually great, but quitting the game midway through and then crying and whining -> pathetic

Kai is bad at the game from our perspective (people that play these type of games so regularly), but we fail to realise this is the experience of basically all 'normal people' that jump on single-player games because there's loads of hype (baldur's 3/elden ring etc). So. unless the person goes for an insanely OP build or farms runes, this will be most, if not all people's Elden ring experiences.

@@skaderpThere's nothing wrong with using Mimic or jump attacks, they're in the game for a reason. But they're such a huge advantage that Kai is essentially doing a challenge run by not using them, so of course he's going to have more deaths but that doesn't make him a bad player.
