- I don't think Phora is TRYING to scam everyone, I just think he's irresponsible and doesn't care enough to fix the situation. Whether or not intentional, it's still a scam. Passive scam if you will. Now he's trying to cover up instead of actually just taking accountability.

Since covering this I've received further information that backs up my claims. However when it comes to Phora I don’t think he set out to scam, it just happened due to irresponsibility. It’s like if I sold 100 shirts and 10 people didn't get them, I knew they didn't get them, and I didnt do anything to fix it. (still fraudulent) That’s essentially the situation.

As a paralegal, that cease and desist “letter” is the worst legal document I’ve ever seen prepared lmao. It almost looks fake and this isn’t from, or created by an attorney. There’s no way. If you end up getting sued, us fans are more than welcome to help fund your legal fees. If he decides to sue, the discovery phase will only bring out more wrongful doings of his.

I wasn’t going to say anything bc I worked in legal policy only briefly so I’m no expert. But I’ve read enough documents written by lawyers to know when a real lawyer is writing something versus someone who is trying to sound like a lawyer. I noticed the same thing - a lawyer didn’t write this. Ask the “lawyer” where they intend to file - bet you get deadass silence on that
They did this out of pure cowardice, so that they wouldn't get caught. Hats off to you for calling out scams, I've actually been tricked before once or twice by a SoundCloud promotion scam!

@Nitrous Long story short, a couple years ago, I uploaded a track & a scam promotion account DM'd me if I wanted some exposure. I was interested, I gave them my track & information & then I got fake plays on it. At the time, I didn't know about the ring of phishing promotion, so I cluelessly took the offer. I ended up taking the track down because I felt ashamed & embarrassed for myself.

Yeah hella mad respect for calling him out, phora scammed me for 600 dollars! I’ve still got all of the emails and everything, First it was like 400$ and when I got the store credit 6 months later I said whatever and used it and paid an extra 200$ on top for extra stuff just to not receive that product as well. I have multiple emails asking for a refund and them never sending me one back. I even emailed them after they posted on their instagram account for them saying they would resolve just for them still not to resolve anything . I forgot about it the first time I ordered and than honestly forgot about it the second time until I seen him gambling on a instagram story in Vegas. Piece of shit scammer fr I hope he gets what he deserves and all of his fans see him as the piece of shit he is .

I was a fan of Phora since 2013. I made the mistake of spending almost $200 on his merch because I truly supported him… but I never got my stuff. I contacted “customer service,” and they kept saying, “we’re still working on sending out past order.” Mind you, I ordered on Sept. 2019 and Dec. came around and no package!! I still have the messages. 😒 I stopped supporting him ever since.
Me personally I wouldn’t be scared of a rapper who fell off and only makes corny love songs. Hope you alright
His lawsuit would never make a court date as it has no grounds :)
