What a shame he never mentions Hell. One of his biggest influences, a band whose guitarist taught Andy how to play guitar, the band who he resurrected after a quarter-century hiatus, produced two killer albums for, and the band who got him out onstage playing again. I'm sure he has his reasons.
A great guy. Sadly his recording tehcniques and methods were copied so often that it practically killed the metal genre cause every band nowadays sound the same.
You've obviously never recorded anything before, becasue copying a sound is one of the hardest things to do. I think you're just doing an old man shouts at cloud, becasue there's no way you've listened to any more than a couple of new bands, let alone every new band (as you claim). Besides, if you're more concerned about the production rather than the music itself, then you are a hipster.

I know Judas Priest and Accept tour 1981 and Accept already used two white flying v when they perform live and have on albums. when you see old pins i have dont find any pins some Judas Priest have before Accept with Flying v´s
