Poor sad Logan. Crazy how the show takes you from loathing him in the first few episodes to feeling so incredibly sorry for him a few episodes later.

Really enjoying watching your reactions to Veronica Mars :). Love how you think about/analyse what's going on and what it all could mean. I also love seeing people going from hating Logan at the beginning to really feeling for him here :). I really like this episode, because although the mystery isn't the most engaging, what's great about it is the insights we get into the different characters and the small tidbits we learn here. Not to mention, you've got the "Veronica Mars is smarter than me" scene :P.

I'm surprised no one mentioned it but Harry Hamlin (Aaron Echolls) was notably the star of Clash of the Titans in 1981 (a movie that I watched on tv so many times while growing up).

The stapler thing is a clever way to give the audience big info dumps for characters for both the audience and Veronica to overhear.

A very convenient way as well haha. But I will not reject this gift.

I like how we get insight into the murky PI ethics. Privacy out the window but we had Keith previously say if not hired to discover something he doesn't have to mention it. Then seeing how all these things effect their character.

Veronica in particular has very warped ethics regarding privacy, that definitely extends beyond any PI work yet also connects directly back to it. I love that character "flaw".

I'm a sucker for a good murder mystery, and grew up reading things like the Nancy Drew books, so I was already all-in on this show, but this was the episode where I started to fall in love with it. (I'll point out the episode where I finished falling in love with it when we come to it. Love is important.)

Your analysis is the best. Keep up the good work and keep sharing your thoughts. P.S people with mental illness are far more likely to be victims of violence than perpetrators.

I can't believe you looked up names and didn't look up; Mars, Neptune, or Tritons
