Hi Ash❤️. I usually fill a bowl or in the sink with hot water and drop a lil Eucalyptus essential oil in the water cover your head with a towel and inhale steam for about 5-10 minutes and cough and sweat it. You can also put hot water in mug about two teaspoons of Honey and enjoy at least 3times a day, eat kiwi, grapefruits, , limes any citrus fruits. Thank me later and feel better luv😘

You never lied that the Trader Joe's scrub leaves your skin feeling AMAZING! I bought it for the scent and pleasantly surprised by the results!
Take raw Ginger..
Cut a small raw ginger, peel the skin and put at the side of your mouth.
Chew it bit by bit just to take the juice in.
Don't chew a large portion at a time because it could be very hot.and swallow the juice
Do that through out the day.
Before you know it, the cough will disappear and you will feel better.

SOTD and a really good fragrance layering combo: White T-Shirt and Coco Cabana…..I’ve been wanting to get some Tree Hut bodycare products since they’ve been going viral on TikTok lately, but every time I go to Ulta…they’re sold out, so I’m probably gonna either buy them from the Tree Hut website, or ask for them during Christmas. As for other bodycare products, just good old Vaseline (the brand) body lotion, and some J&J baby oil.

I hope you feel better soon. When I have a cold I like to make hot water with fresh lemon, honey, grated ginger and a star anise (good for immunity) and it tastes lovely. I find Sudafed (decongestant) really helps too if I feel congested and headachey. SOTD: Almond blossom from Adopt (French brand, smells like the l'occitane almond range)
Feel better soon Ash. You look gorgeous and you’re sick. My recommendation is raw carrots 🥕 and ginger and a teaspoon of honey. My friend tried it and she feels much better. 😊Make sure and get plenty of rest.

Hi maybe you are already over the cold and I do hope you have. But anytime a cold bothers you get organic ginger root and crush it and boil. A couple of tbsp of the crushed paste for a cup of water. Add a pinch of organic sea salt and some Cinnamon powder. Drink morning and before bedtime. Avoid ice cream and cold beverages. Take care 🙏

Ash keeps me in trouble! Lol. I got the sugar scrub with no problem. My TJ's had plenty with no limits. They didn't have the body butter but I got extra last year. Goes great with ogx shea and soft body wash if you can find.

Hope you feel better soon! I highly recommend making yourself a turmeric tea and add organic raw unfiltered honey, lemon juice, and a touch ginger to it. Also use warm steam and eucalyptus to open up your sinuses. Vick’s even makes pads you can place in your shower that will give off fragrance while you’re in there.

- Dominican/African Onion tea
- Green Tea detox foot baths
- Humidifiers with water tank with a few drops of Pure peppermint oil, lemon oil, and Eucalyptus oil (especially when your sleeping) make sure you clean you humidifier every week or whatever the instructions say.
