I just installed a bluespark box onto mines. Noticed a difference in pull but sure I'm needing lifters as engine a bit noisy cattery since headgasket change and new timing chain.
Had 3 cars and my present viv mapped at Carlton tuning. Can’t fault them. I only wish now that I had mine put on the Dyno as I probably would have got more out of it after the Dyno tune.
hi defo think I'll run mine on the dyno more, now I've a Audi a5 to go next, I've removed the flats have and blanked off the EGR on that as well, i'll post that up to when i get round to get it done thanks for watching and subscribing 👍
Hi Mark did you have to delete the EGR first before doing the Stage 1 Map ?? or was it done at the Garage then the Map ?? I have a 1.9dti 2003 & wouldn't mind getting mine done.
hi no mate blanked before i went down ,then mapped out down there (just a software delete) , if you have a 1.9 use the right machined one. online don't turn the o.e round it doesn't work, after i fitted the blank on my 1,9 and they mapped and it was don't at on there home tune as well, it went like stink! think was 100 in 5th!
no mapping company Warrens, a gearbox. There is lots of form to fill in which basically releases them of any issue that may occur. And if you're not happy with a map, you can have it D mapped I did map 1.9 van. and then sold it and kept. in touch with people that actually owned it and it was still running well four years on. People map vans. can stretch them to the limit but a good company can do it within its limits of the engine and mileage without blowing it to bits. this van had a gearbox rebuild and it had a clutch in it about 50,000 miles ago. this van needed mapping. as it has an EGR delete. I and its de-cat.

I just might get my vivaro 06 remapped as it's like a block of lead on wheels at the moment. It's very sluggish. Keep up the great work buddy 👍

Remember that Vivaro Primastar Trafic has weak gearboxes, increasing the power and torque burdens the gearbox and clutch.
Yer that a good point 👍, this van did a van a gearbox repair last year at over 1,000 pouund,I'm hoping it will be ok, still driving well now

I Get about 10mpg more revs are lower in 6th gear, helps on motorway alot 👍
This is NOT a good move ! If it was supposed to be running that map it would be ! Does the warranty the gear box etc after the map ?
