Second Look at Standard BBs I tried Daisy BBs you can find at any store, and although I avoided any loading jams this time around (just 6 to 7 BBs in the feeder), I did suffer TWO breech jams. I know how to clear those, but those need to be avoided. Shooters must understand that if you keep trying to load and shoot, the air has to escape somewhere. Many times, that will mean a busted piston tube. The Umarex BBs have not jammed in any way.

Explico usar solo de 6 a 7 bolas en el cargador para detener atascos. La mecánica funcionará bien. Si ve 3 bolas en el alimentador y una encima del retenedor de bolas, en realidad son seis tiros.

Ok, for the money you pay, the Daisy 25 is a throwback to a time when it was thoughtfully engineered for easy fixes. Also, as fast as you can work the pump, you shoot! No dry fire! You can also order extra shot tube assembly so you can reload fast. Oil the threading. For some money spent, the 2840 is the BEST value. BBs are more accurate with the long barrel, and with the RWS H-Points, it is hunting plausible at 12 yards and under with surprising accuracy. The 2840 is super easy to fix and maintain.
Should not have been made from cast. I tried gluing my broken tube again, and I believe it is still leaking, so I give up. 1000 shots isn't enough, even for a cheap model like this.
