I loved the "No video photography possible" sign. Best thing since the sign I saw in a Chinese restaurant that said: "You employee you wash you hand before go back to work"
Thank you SO very much for sharing this, and taking us all with you on your holiday. I enjoyed the shit out of that, and thanks also for including that ending. How magical was that? The kids so excited to have you home, what a warm welcome. Welcome Home Ola & Louise, the world travellererers.
Man, this gave me so much joy to watch! Japan is so cool and odd at the same time! Seeing you nerd out and have a good time with you wife, and the happy kids when you get home! The kind of "faith in humanity restored"-moments you need now and then!
Ola I really like when you go out to another country especially Japan look really cool you blog was awesome I really liked it a lot and I’m glad you took your wife and you had a good time keep those videos going to great watch every single one thanks for bringing a smile to my face God bless you
i went to japan as well last year . it was my 3rd time there . i stayed at the ikebukuro area . i always have an amazing time in the city . you guys should have headed out to rural japan for at least 3 nights .anyways great video Ola
Great video! Going to Japan is one of my plans for the future. Also nice bit at 28:55 where you talk about the pedal with Luna Sea's True Blue playing on the back.
Around 21:20 when you talk about Zelda not being so big in Japan, I see Dragon Quest slimes. Dragon Quest (Dragon Warrior) is my favorite franchise in the world!!
Goes straight to the craziest parts of Harajuku. Yep... Harajuku for the craziness. Akiharaba for the vidja games. And travel bit out of the city for the temples would be my ideal trip. Oh, and the cherry blossoms along the river!
I've been looking forward to this since you mentioned the Tokyo trip in the most recent FAQ. Ola Englund, the Arcaderer!! I've never seen anybody actually win a Japanese arcade crane game before this! Cheers from Canada

This makes me want to go back to Japan! I went to those same guitar stores in Ochanomizu. You can spend days going through all those stores and still not see everything lol.
I was hoping to see one of your guitars in a store.. looks like you and Louise had a great time. Favorite part is when you got home and you're kids were so happy to see both of you..🤘🤘
10:54 I hate to tell you, Ola. But that's how cats are displayed at pet stores almost anywhere you go. They're only in the little cage during store hours usually.
Ola, where is that ESP workshop place at 27:50? Do you know if they take "walk ins" off the street or do you have to go through a dealer to get a guitar made by them?
Greetings from Persia🤟You can't imagine that how much I enjoyed watching it , I should really thank you for sharing your journey with us man , I think Japan must be great place to see for the people like me because I really liked the shops , action figures and especially those Batman figures and ESP custom shop was amazing and the moment of seeing your kids was so marvellous

HAHA we went back on the 10th of April when you arrived. Yes the weather was meh on that day. The first days are always super funny in Japan even if you are were a couple times in Japan. Go to Nakano Broadway it has a lot of Otaku stores it is like little Akihabara but with cheaper and sometimes older stuff.
Holy shit at how tall Ola is compared to everyone starting at about 13:09. Hey Ola, are you like three meters tall or is everyone in Japan incredibly short?
Ola, the strategy for those UFO catcher game is to use one side of the claw to push the object. Because it's rigged to let go before (normally around) 25 tries.
As happy as I am to see this video, I'm thinking it must be hard for you and especially for your wife to not be able to disconnect from youtube even during holidays. Always working, and always being filmed even when you're supposed to take a breath from your everyday life for a little while. Take care.
Dude you can find the best second hand guitars out there I got a burny Les Paul from out there and it was f****** pristine I also got a japanese-made Epiphone which is almost impossible to find they only had a very small Factory there for a very small amount of time and it is the best Epiphone I've ever played in my life I still have it

Nice to listen to Luna sea around 27:00 and 29:00 something ^^
We have a cat cafe in Leeds. All the cats are rescue cats. Apparently you can only have 1 hour slots as it is so busy with bookings.
I had that pedal in the 90s. Wish I still had it.
