Great video, Ray. How did you get it to provide the correct available time and days from the calendar? Sometimes, the bot doesn't give you the correct thing.

Great work around Ray. Hopefully soon more functionality will be added into the Conversation Flow area (i.e the bot bringing up the form that appears in the SMS Email widget - this might resolve potential customer input format issues).

In that conversation history is there a way you can invite 2 or more users into the chat? Also is there a way to tie the chat history to a specific service page or product pages? Example: If I offer 5 different services, and I have a dedicated page for that service and I want to organize my chat history
You can't include multiple people in on the chat that I know of. You can create a workflow triggered off the funnel/website that you have and can tag the contact on which funnel or "product" they are interested in. Hope that helps.
what is the total cost for all the Chatbot + Conversation AI + SMS messages + emails + phone + other costs??
You will have to figure that out. What GHL plan are you on? AI is .02 per response sms you will have to find out emails are like .007 per email. Thanks for watching.
