Anybody can demand govt. to declare the flood and landslide of Chooralmala and Mundakkai. But there is rare chance to do so because there are so many things need to be worked out and assessed and also need to consider so many other parameters. Mr. Rahul Eswar speak just like a casual talks, but it reveal Mr. Rahul Eshwar have not gone through the Gadgil Committee report and such serious situations which was needed to be considered promptly after the disaster happened in 2018. The well-known Ecologist, Mr. Gadgil had then visited the hill area and demanded rehabilitation of those who live in this area. But neither govt. or their party dictionaries never given any attention to it. If the govt. Would have omplied with Gadgil report, and all those who are living in this hill area should have been re-habilitated to some other place, this disaster would have been avoided. So Mr. Rahul Edward have neither studied the matter in detail, nor he have any knowledge about the Handhold report or such demand by the people who lived in the Chooralmala and Mundakkai for their rehabilitation to some other place. In view of this, it seems that Mr. Rahul Edwar is ignoring all those facts and the real situation. And it seems he is making such flimsy statements just for supporting the State govt.
Thanks for your sensitivity at this time by being no supporter of any pol.party....whatever you support doesn't matter.
