Cake:
˙ 6 egg yolks
˙ 250 g sugar
˙ 50 ml milk
˙ 120 ml oil
˙ 1 tsp vanilla extract
˙ 200 g flour
˙ 10 g baking powder
˙ 6 egg whites
Expresso Coffee:
˙ 300 ml water
˙ 3 tbsp espresso coffee powder
Mascarpone Cream:
˙ 400 g mascarpone
˙ 70 g powdered sugar
˙ 1 tsp vanilla extract
˙ 350 ml whipping cream
NOTE:
Gradually add the sweet cream, first add 250 ml of sweet cream and mix, and then add further as needed until you get the desired density (you may need less than 350ml, depending on the sweet cream itself, so it is best to add little by little) . You need to get a thick and firm cream, but not a hard one. It should be smeared nicely as shown.
Sweet cream should be cold, not room temperature.
After spreading the first layer of cream and putting the cake in the fridge, put the rest of the cream in the fridge along with it, so that it doesn't become soft while the cake cools down.
˙ 8-10 tbsp coffee
Topping:
˙ 60 g dark chocolate
˙ 40 ml whipping cream
˙ cocoa powder
Bake at 180°C/360°F
Around 20 minutes (always check!)
˙ I was using 6-inch (15 cm) springform pan!

Biskvit:
˙ 6 žumanjaka

NAPOMENA:
Postepeno dodavajte slatko vrhnje, prvo dodajte 250 ml slatkog vrhnja i miksajte, i onda dodavajte dalje po potrebi dok ne dobijete željenu gustoću ( vama će možda trebati manje od 350ml, ovisi o samom slatkom vrhnju, tako da je najbolje dodavati malo po malo). Trebate dobiti gustu i čvrstu kremu, ali ne tvrdu. Treba se lijepo razmazivati kao što je prikazano.
Slatko vrhnje mora biti hladno, a ne sobne temperature.
Nakon što namažete prvi sloj kreme i stavite tortu u frižider, stavite i ostatak kreme u frižider skupa s njom, kako ne bi postala mekana dok se torta ohladi.

Pecite na 180°C, oko 20 minuta (uvijek provjerite!)
