Thank you for this. I have few questions based on what i have read and still learning.
1. What are the tolerances for this project and what is your plan if any is forecasted to exceed the tolerances?
2. What methodology are you considering? waterfall or agile?

1. No tolerances (the sponsor isn’t the most easy-going character!)
2. It’s most likely waterfall.
