Made it for dinner yesterday and it was fab. The hardest part for me was sllcing the orange peel. I didn't manage to get Sriracha flakes but used a sriracha sauce which i got in Tesco.
Just found your channel in my recommended. Looks great. I make something similar when I'm on a cut. Simple, tasty, and healthy meals. I love the short video recipes. The sriracha powder I got at costco is really good. Sligtly sweet and slightly heat. Its really good on pork chops too.
Couldn't find the sriracha powder in the shops, I do have sriracha sauce though. How much sauce do you suggest using please? UPDATE just realised someone else has asked the same question but you didn't know the answer.
This looks superb but can’t get the sriracha locally, could I substitute it with harissa? Will order the sriracha online for future! *Update, used a tablespoon of harissa and tsp of chilli flakes, it was delicious

Yeah that's a footery part of it. There is probably some "hack" video on RUclips I'm yet to discover that shows how to make this easier.

Not sure, never used it personally so not sure how spicy it is.
