That is something what appeals to me most in urushi. But I know that to be good at experiments and breaking the „rules” I need to master the traditional techniques too.
In India the temperatures are very high compared to Europe . In such situation how does does one control the temperature ? Is an air conditioner required .?
Great show. I've been interested in urushi for over 20 years ... Beautiful effects.
Beautiful work Michal! Love the reddish with the bigger black accents mix with little lines 🤍🤍🤍
I am looking forward to experimenting. Meticulous planning essential. Patience is something I will really have to work on. Again, thanks for sharing.
Congratulations!
I find your work fascinating and, plus, I learn so many new things.
Two thumbs up!
Mesmerizing, thank you!

Fascinating! I love the combination of traditional craft/artistry and experimentation with form/design. 🥳😍❤️

I love the colors and I am just getting started in Urushi pen making. What is the best or easiest way to cure Urushi?
You need a furo. I made a video on this. Urushi cures in hight humidity.
