i am a 39 year old male, who is/was a regular gym goer/ runner. i honestly dont know how i got it but when i did, it was horrible pain initially. no amount of pain killers could help. right now i take atleast 6 tablets of pain killers. i do physical therapy but the range in my arm is still highly limited. i have had fractures. i have/had some diseases hyperthyroidism, covid, typhoid, malaria. this frozen shoulder is the most painful and annoying condition i have ever had. i cant shampoo or brush my hair. driving is a huge problem. picking my kids up is a problem. and on top of it the pain has progressed to my neck. frozen shoulder is very very serious.
@@umairsqu How did you make it to feel better? Physio? I have it since March. Almost 10 months.. I am really desperate.. I do stretches but the pain still remains..
I had this during Covid . I got it on my left arm . Then about six months into that I began to get it on the right side . It’s the most painful thing I’ve ever had . You get all types of pain with this. Deep throbbing pain. Sharp pain . Shooting pain down the arm that comes and goes. And then the fact that I was alone and couldn’t dress myself or anything that required movement in my arms. I got this during a time that someone was stalking me . I think it was from trauma from this. Broke my foot just as I started to recover from the frozen shoulder. It’s been 5 years of pain and trying to get back to normal. I got really isolated during Covid and being simultaneously stalked- it’s a hard recovery without help. I don’t wish this on anyone. Keeping up with the physical therapy helps get you moving as quickly as possible. I don’t tolerate prescription pain medication so - just had to suck it up.
I’m sorry to hear about your experience with frozen shoulder and the accompanying trauma. It's essential to stay consistent with physical therapy for the best recovery. Red heart. ❤️
I’m 30, a type 1 diabetic, and I’m losing weight because I’m not getting enough sleep. This is extremely painful and sleeping at night (despite having an orthopedic bed and a Tempur pillow) is freaking torture. 😭 i don’t even wish this pain to my enemies.
All I know is this shit hurts. My wife thinks I'm joking when I say I'm thinking about doing something stupid. She doesn't realize just how painful this crap really is. If you know someone that has this. Please show them a little respect. It wouldn't take much for me to go over the edge right now and I've had kidney stones, a massive heart attack and broken a lot of bones over the years. My frozen shoulder is due to a toren rotator cuff and man it sucks
My frozen shoulder is also caused by a rotator cuff injury. I feel your pain, man. Hang in there. The thing that's helped the most for me is acupuncture. I was skeptical, but ready to try just about anything. My acupuncturist has been a life saver! I totally recommend trying it.
I'm sorry to hear about your injury; for frozen shoulder, I recommend seeking physical therapy and consulting with a healthcare professional for appropriate treatment. ❤️
