Apparently, this report stems from a dispute between Dorset County Council who are responsible for collection of rubbish and recycling and some of the local residents in Poundbury. It is alleged that recycling bins there, left out for collection, contain waste which is not recyclable and not, therefore, eligible for collection and disposal. Many (or all?) of these bins are allegedly communal so not therefore the responsibility of any one individual or household. It only takes one rogue to spoil everything for the others. I live in a block of flats in a different part of tge country and there would be a similar problem if the freeholder and management company were not in full charge as our local authority has similar rules. Does anyone know why Poundbury is suffering from this problem and no one else in Devon or the rest of the UK?
@@MrBulky992 It’s not true. None of it. I walked through there a few days ago and it’s as gorgeous as ever. I even went in Poundbury Village Stores about 20 metres from where the so called rubbish and rat infestation is. It’s complete bollocks.
the councillors that should be blamed not the king he is not responsible for the council the council is responsible for the bins apparently its all lies so i will delete Royal 187 in future
