Mostly W, just a few categories that I would switch but doesnt change overall result. I mostly scaled them at similar levels with Arisu slightly above Ryuuen. That was pretty much confirmed by Y2V10, most people underrate Arisu now because of that volume but she held her own in a 3v1 with a traitor in her mists and was able to identify the traitor but just chose not to deal with him during the exam so as to not cause confusion or panic or have people throwing around blame or accusations and instead just cut them off after the exam was over. Ryuuen definitely pushed Arisu, and Ichinose has also had some massive development, but Arisu is still above both of them for now.

Sorry to say this but Arisu has great feats. The Chess Feats where Koji states if they played again he would have a 50-50 chance of winning, the island exam where she defended Koji from the first years and the Cultural Festival when she made an unknown deal with Housen's class to raise their rankings. Let's not forget Year 1 Class Vote Exam where she clearly had more influence than everyone. Ryuen overwhelmingly won this recent exam mostly because Hashimoto betrayed Arisu. He would've lost if it weren't for that. Even though it might seem like Ryuen is superior to Arisu the reality is Arisu>Ryuen>Horikita>Ichinose
