Thinking speed:Ayano is clearly a genius and can think really fast, he can think and act quick.Buttt...in "Usogui" Baku is a gambler and the Gamble he plays are literally Death games and many Genius opponents with unpredictable and mind f*cking Cheating methods, so Countering them is Highly Difficult, but Baku - The Usogui( Means - The Lie Eater), he can literally predict their move quite accurately and makes counter moves or Plan; immediately, which shows his information collecting speed, processing and quick decision making speed.Far more better than Ayano.
Adaptation: What does this "Adaptation" mean? Changing yourself in a way to go with the situation and survive or win(in simple words).Adapt something means, U can go with the situation and survive with what tools and capabilities you have. Ayano is greatly known for his Adaptation capability.Yes it's true and fits the definition. I also accept that.
But, Baku is on another level who literally can go on and survive, even in a deadly situation. There are arcs like "Tower of Karma", and many more(I actually forgot) where he showed his capabilities.
Memory power:- Ayano is Good,really Good... but Baku is someone who literally can recall his past Gamble Games he played and everything about that game,the tricks he used and the tricks and methods his opponents used,every word,literally everything.
If he watches, you using a trick, only for once, he will never forget that and can also use that trick or method in more creative ways in future.
