Not Brooke telling Jonathon, "That's all".. Like he's the help. Brooke seems to forget she actually was the help at one time.. Jonathon has always been a friend of the Forrester family.
Jonathan is a prominent lawyer and carries himself as such....while Brooke was a lab technician who slept her way to the top. No, her one-hit wonder wrinkle reducer doesn't count for much.
He clearly isn't Brooke's friend. I am just not sure about their relationship. She is the CEO of FC, but is Jonathan handling legal matters for FC too or just the divorces/ premarital agreements of the Forrester family? Is Connor still around?
The stans always say other characters have no business getting involved in Brooke's affairs. But what business does Brooke have serving a person whom she isn't married to with divorce papers? 🙄
Yes! Thorne is just as bad, telling Brooke before leaving how he absolutely had to have those divorce papers with him in Big Bear. But the moment Jonathan suggested that _he_ be the one to deliver them, Brooke should have realized that it was his job, not hers.
Idiots of the day: 1. Thorne: for giving up on Macy 2. Brooke: for her lack of sensitivity. 3. Taylor: for trusting Morgan 4. Morgan: for not giving other men, like Clarke, a shot 5. Ridge: for getting blindsided when he should have known better. Wait, isn't that everyone on screen today (except Macy).
True! Macy is showing all her best qualities in this scene - she is sober again and acting completely like herself. She is classy, gracious, forgiving, even manages to laugh with Thorne and make him feel good about what he's doing to her. And she is also shown as beautiful _and_ talented, and we are being reminded of the long history she and Thorne share. All this, and then we see the contrast of Brooke dismissing Jonathan because she wants to deliver the divorce papers to Big Bear _herself, tonight._ The contrast is striking.
Apparently, Brooke thinks that delivering divorce papers is an occasion that calls for changing into a nice romantic dress. What is she expecting? That Macy will sign the divorce papers right then and there, and then Brooke and Thorne will continue to have a lovely time staying up in Big Bear while Macy drives down the mountain drunk and heartbroken? Or does she just want to look her best in case Thorne might consider changing his mind and staying with Macy?
So after everything Thorne put her through this morning, Macy does _this._ She gives Thorne a lovely farewell dinner, accepts the end of her marriage, and is gracious, cIassy and dignified about it. Everything Thorne _wasn't_ when he served her with divorce papers in front of Brooke. Macy somehow found the strength to pull herself together, rise above the humiliation, and take Thorne's crueI and undignified breakup and transform it into something beautiful - once again showing how much more deserving of a happy ending she is compared to Thorne and Brooke. How Thorne can not _see_ what he is throwing away is beyond me.

Something that just came to me - several commenters have previously noted parallels between Becky and Macy and their storylines. It occurred to me that we see some physical parallels here. Like Becky, Macy has a last, sentimental, wistful dinner with her husband right before her death. Both dinners are near large picture windows showing the beautiful night view. They both get a last dance to “their” special songs with their partners. They both even wear ethereal white dresses (signifying their soon-to-be “angel” status. Why did she give up her shares in Forrester to Nick and stood by the Forresters she didn't have to do that and why did she stand by Stephanie when she was fighting cancer and made her seek medical help and why did she go out of her way to help Antony that coloured homeless guy but it seems that you choose to forget some details. The problem with Brooke is she had problems of abandonment when her father left them at an early age and she was very unsecure and was given a slap in the face many times.
Again, she was never sensitive with her own children, men, and sisters. Charity doesn't count if you are the most selfish character of the show with the ones you are supposed to love
But none of that has happened yet, or will happen until many years from now when characterization is no longer consistent on the show. And as for being abandoned by her father, the _exact same thing_ happened to Macy and she is nothing like Brooke.
That's not exactly true Macy had a better life financially and I thought that her father stayed away to protect his family and Macy was told he was dead. Events like these effect people in different ways and its not a competition who was effected more we are talking about why Brooke made some of her decisions.

Ok if she isn't sensitive why did she give up almost all her money to charity in the name of stephanie Forrester.
I didn't just mention charity but again you are only seeing what you want to. I never said she was just human
@@rosmarygiovanisays you of all people 😂( only seeing what you want to see)
But none of that has happened yet, or will happen until many years from now when characterization is no longer consistent on the show.
The fact of the matter is that Macy didn't die here but much later on. Here she was saved I think by her farther who took her away just to return much later just as Taylor did twice!!
Taylor stop fooooooool
