I soaked and clean my plugs and scuffed them a bit then used that touch up spray and coated them that way then popped them in. Worked fine

Right on. Does it look better that way vs the shiny way they come new?

@FixLife119 they just blend with the floor better. If you don't like that eye catch as soon as you look down there I'd say go for it. If it's not a huge bother then not worth the extra time.
But I think it looks good with the floor

@@codywaldron505 Ok, thank you Cody. I prob won't mess with it right now while there's still so much other stuff to do but good info, I was really curious how it'd look that way.

You definitely did right by not coating over your drain plugs, if you get water in for whatever reason you need it to get out. They look fine, the whole build looks cool.

Thank you man! I appreciate it. I didn't explain very well. I kinda think out loud and not complete thoughts lol (I'm trying to stop that but I've always done it). Then sometimes things I say get edited out to fit the video in 40 min. When I was editing this last night I was like that's not what I was originally thinking... anyways, if I coat the plugs I would prob do it outside then pop them in. Also if I did that I was prob gonna coat the old ones that came out and save the new ones but I think there were a few missing. The new ones are coated in some kind of oil, so it prob wouldn't stick, the old ones are more dried out, so it might stick. If there's some left over after I do the back I could coat the old ones then we could kinda see a side by side.

Those outdoor edge knives are awesome. They sell replacement blades at academy and Amazon. Most outdoor places have them in all different styles

Yeah I bought a good amount of replacement blades like 4 years ago and I'm finally down to only a few. Guess I need to pony up and get some more.

What is it that makes the noise when you turn the key on? Mine does it almost every time

That plug under the driver's seat. It's just a pair of wires that goes to the seat belt. I don't ever remember mine doing that before I plugged it in yesterday. I'll test it for you to make sure and put it in the next video.

That’d be awesome, I’ve always wondered what it was
