    A much needed topic. Sadly, I don’t understand the first tip. I wish there was an example of how to execute this. No 2 very clear and a great example too. No 3 kind of clear but very theoretical. Again, the question is what can we do every day to make it happen.

      Hi there! Thank you for this feedback. I’m glad the second tip felt clear and helpful. The third tip: trust > control can be implemented in a variety of ways depending on age/dynamics of your family. Ex: my youngest (20 months) doesn’t always eat a balanced meal. Sometimes it’s just meat, sometimes it’s mostly fruit, sometimes it’s all carbs. I could choose to get into a power struggle with her and try controlling what/how much she eats (control)… or, I can trust that she is intuitively navigating the foods she needs most at that time.
      And by doing so, I’ve noticed that she does eat a variety of foods, they just don’t always happen in the same sitting or even day.
      The first tip is a much bigger concept that I go deep into inside of my masterclass. I try to keep the videos relatively short so people can watch it all the way through. I also offer opportunities for people work with me in a variety of ways if they desire more support. 🤍
