hi Chibs, i listen to your meditations. most of the times i fall a sleep quite fast, but when my brain is overactive (ADD) it just doesnt work as i keep finding 'problems' to focus on. Do you have an advice for me?
It helps me greatly to say out loud or to myself "i wonder what my next thought will be" after the next thought, repeat and repeat again, try it, its simple but really effective.
Maybe occasionally you could try herbs to help calm your mind? Valerian is helpful, as is passionflower, gabba, melatonin (this last one will just make you drowsy) , maybe rhodiala, or CBD (no THC or little THC, as you’re not trying to get high, just calm) hope that’s helpful
Plz change your ad settings from all through videos and maybe just change the switch over to have ads at end……. Usually longer ad non skip good for you personally😊❤regardless thank you
Thx. I liked another one of your videos but the waves are too loud on this one. I find it distracting plus any videos with water or rain makes me think I need to go to the bathroom! I’ll try another video
