Three characters that came to mind who are not here, are the ancients, the ferryman, and old mother (the oldest kraken, who was chained by the ancients)
Gold hoarder should be in this list the gems in his eyes gave him the ability to peer into the future and past making him easily one of the strongest ones in the games history not to mention he has one of coolest lores ever (in my opinion so don’t take offense)

And depending on how long you remain on his ship can depend on how far he has you under his control, since Bootstrap spent just over a decade and he had nearly become a puppet by the end of At World's End. And he also has the capability of traversing realms, via his ship. His presence alone was also enough for the East India Trading Company to seize the continents, so I wouldn't really say he's the weakest on this list, honestly. At the end of the day, it's opinionated, but I think you're seriously downplaying Jones' capabilities. So (imo anyway) I think he's appropriately placed. Especially since we haven't really seen too much from the others, aside from statement feats. (Oh and also Jones' Chest was effectively hidden from the world. You have to remember that Jack only ever really came across it, because he had the plot convience of his Compass pointing to whatever he wanted most. And even then, you'd still need the Key from Jones himself to unlock said Chest, which has proven to be extremely durable as it's tossed around back and forth between boats in AWE. You also have to take into consideration that many wouldn't initially want to kill Jones, since being trapped aboard the Dutchman for centuries isn't necessarily fun. Especially since you'd end up corrupting yourself if you didn't do the duty assigned to you)

Flameheart is a mortal skeleton, Graymarrow is a mortal skeleton lord (who killed flameheart when they matineed against him), The pirate lord is an immortal ghost with powerful objects, Davy Jones is an a physically immortal bieng with a curse, and The Castaway is literally a god.
I think Flameheart should be after Graymorrow he is literally an ash lord with an army one of the most powerful ships in Sea of Thieves (which was at Cap't) and Davy Jones should not be in second place, his heart was taken hostage by the "Cap't" who was the former Captain of the Burning Blade, After that, it's only my opinion.

You can carry 10 cannon balls solid cannon balls, 5-10 cursed cannon balls, 5 chain shots, 5 grenades, 2 weapons, a whole MF chest filled with gold with ease, 5 megalodon meat, a bucket, a fishing rod, a drum, a concertina, a banjo, a compass, a watch, a hurdy gurdy, a pocket full of maps, a storage crate filled with cannon balls, 5 wood planks, 10 grubs, gold outfits and cloth, a lantern, a tankard with grog inside, a chest of sorrow with the whole F’ing ocean inside it, a speaking trumpet, a hat, an eye patch, a hook, a shovel, a spyglass, and an unlimited amount of dabloons, aincient coins and GOLD coins in their pockets and still able to climb a ladder like no tomorrow and not get tired, they can walk just fine. But if thats not the kind of strength we are talking about this list is on some other kind of strength 😂

Cannon just means apart of the story cameos, tangents or footnote they are still part of the story and therfore cannon.

I love how graymarrow is said to be one of the strongest characters just to be a 2 minute boss. Thats the one thing I don't like about SoT tall tale bosses. They should be longer, and more powerful. He can bind souls to chests and shit like he should be capable of more than skelly rambles.
while me and my cousins were fighting davy jones a megalodon spawned which almost made our ship sink like 20 times while cannonballs were getting shot at us
Flameheart should be second as he literally summoned sea forts in multiple locations while mr. crab hand summoned coral from a box. And flamehearts chalice turns people into skeletons.

Mmmm, I think Flameheart beats Greymarrow. F beat the Pirate Lord in ship to ship combat, and while PL has since become his powerful spectral self, that doesn’t mean he was far weaker when he was alive.

Flameheart is a mortal skeleton, Graymarrow is a mortal skeleton lord (who killed flameheart when they matineed against him), The pirate lord is an immortal ghost with powerful objects, Davy Jones is an a physically immortal bieng with a curse, and The Castaway is literally a god.

we know that there are multiple ones go to Krakensfall you will see a bunch of kraken skeletons. Its also the place the oldmother was killed by chaining here to the island. another hint is the kraken in the pirates lfe tall tale because it shows its face that the normal kraken doe´snt do because he got badly hurt when he did it with ramsey
