This ! Someone asked me the other day “it’s all about the Lord with you ain’t it?” And the answer is yes and will remain yes. Do you not know what He’s done for us? I will forever be bold and outspoken about my love for Christ. I was once coy but never again! He deserves all of the honor and all of the praise! It is so refreshing to hear this from another daughter in Christ because I have to talk to God daily about my frustration with fellow CHRISTIANS who are constantly telling me I'm "doing the most" because I consult the word of God when making decisions they consider trivial, & because I want to live righteously and am called to be sanctified. I loathe the phrase, "It ain't that series". I truly am starting to believe satan himself created that phrase. What you don't consider serious, you don't guard against.

Amen to this. I remember a guy telling me he liked me for a lil bit, but then said "You too Holy for me." I don't claim to be perfect or high and mighty at all (I've had my season of being worldly). However, at the time I was feeling a way about what he said. As I continued to grow in my faith and maturity, I took it to mean he saw something in me that he himself could not live up to. And often times when people say things like, "that's too much or it doesn't take all that," I believe they're not in a place where they can turn away from being Lukewarm or even see that they may need to re-evaluate their personal relationship with Christ, because why is what someone else doing irritating them? Bottom line, my view is that it's simply about surrender. Lastly, Jackie's Book "Holier Than Thou" has enlightened me more about how and why we are called as believers to be holy. I now understand that everyone's walk and understanding of that fact, is NOT the same. She spoke an absolute WORD regarding this topic.

I'm so glad I pushed through to obtain an authentic relationship with Christ, worshipping him, praying in heavenly language and in english disconnecting myself from the world system as he would lead and guide me by his eye, I now know why I'm not invited to places or around family members, they see the light of Yahweh in me. Jackie you made me cry!! I am going through with my oldest daughter. She not only told me that I’m extra she doesn’t even want to talk to me. All I was trying to do was encourage her and she said, “here you go with God…again.” And she cut me off…said if that’s what you’re going to talk about, I am done!” I am still hurt about it. The Lord has done so much for me…..it’s been so much for such a long period of time you would think I’m lying yet my younger children have been witnesses to His providential hand. I love Him so!!
The good lord gives us children to guide them, to teach them And to love them. We have to. Love our children unconditionally no matter how they believe. you'll be showing her through that unconditional love exactly how jesus loves us.
Make sure that you hear out your daughter without interrupting. Let her speak her mind, even if she is wrong. Then she must give you the same respect and hear you out.
Even my parents, who raised me Christian, say I shouldn’t “put so much pressure on it” “It” being; dying daily (as you put it) and living as biblicaly sound as I can. You just stated exactly what I have been mourning over!! I am told I am too much and need to calm down about Jesus from believers. They run away from me because I only talk JESUS. Nothing is worth talking about or living for. And that keeps me alone as no one wants to associate or pray with me at prayer meetings. The Pastor walks up and prays with me because I am alone. Saying not out of self-righteousness, but I can be with thousands and yet I am alone as no one wants to go all out.

You are not alone sis! There is very little in mainstream media that is actually edifying for the believer. I gave up secular music when I was saved 6 years ago, and don't watch much TV. I enjoy fellowship with believers and Christian RUclips far more. Stay blessed and unbothered, lol.

I just prayed that today after reading the bible i couldnt understand it much so i read it again and admgain abd prayed! And i been struggling with relationships, bad habbits in my life and many other things. So what came out of my mouth after praying to the Lord to really want to understand his word. This is so the example of Jesus encountering the Pharisees and Sadducees. I experienced this right after my dad passed away in 01/22. I really pressed in even more to the Lord God for help with grief and healing from autoimmune disease that I had for almost 31 years. God SHOWED UP!!! All I could do was talk about how The Holy Ghost was ministering deliverance and healing to me. In the midst God healed me from the autoimmune disease. My close relative lives with me and thought I was being so extra. I had no one I could talk to except God. Holy Ghost said go in your closet. It’s been a tremendous blessing to get on fire 🔥 with God and to be immersed in Him and His goodness. Keep going if you’re referred to as being extra and God Bless you 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

You are not alone sis! There is very little in mainstream media that is actually edifying for the believer. I gave up secular music when I was saved 6 years ago, and don't watch much TV. I enjoy fellowship with believers and Christian RUclips far more. Stay blessed and unbothered, lol.

This is so the example of Jesus encountering the Pharisees and Sadducees. I experienced this right after my dad passed away in 01/22. I really pressed in even more to the Lord God for help with grief and healing from autoimmune disease that I had for almost 31 years. God SHOWED UP!!! All I could do was talk about how The Holy Ghost was ministering deliverance and healing to me. In the midst God healed me from the autoimmune disease. My close relative lives with me and thought I was being so extra. I had no one I could talk to except God. Holy Ghost said go in your closet. It’s been a tremendous blessing to get on fire 🔥 with God and to be immersed in Him and His goodness. Keep going if you’re referred to as being extra and God Bless you 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
