    Thank you to everyone for supporting my channel so far! I know it has been a long wait but I am still making videos and my next one will be my turnip guide. My goal with the Peach guides is to cover all aspects of her play in a concise and digestible manner and I hope to continue creating these resources until I feel they are complete. Thanks again and I hope you all continue to enjoy my future content!

    I'm fed up of finding "guides" that just show combos. THIS is a real peach guide.

      Thanks for the kind words! I also hear you 100% on the recording quality. It was actually because of some settings I had on by mistake that were limiting my FPS but in future videos it should hopefully be fixed.

    yo you should definitely make more of these on specific peach tech, your way of explaining things is very concise yet detailed making these videos a good educational watch. Thank you!

    Really glad to see a guide with Float-Cancel-Fastfall. Been meaning to look into than and kept forgetting, doesn't seem to be commonly explained in guides either. Starting to get the hang of it pretty quickly [longtime casual Peach main].
    Can you give a similar breakdown that includes up-air dragdown? That's one that seems beyond me on getting the timing or even knowing when to use it.

      Thanks for the comment, it means a lot to me! And yeah that's a good idea for content actually, I'll do a video on more advanced combo extenders like that in the future.

    Thank you for the video! I'm still trying to get used to moving around as Peach. I've tried to get on a platform and grab someone, but always get attacked when I do so. As for content suggestions, maybe how to ledge guard or use turnips effectively?

    • @PhobicSSB
      @PhobicSSB  5 лет назад +4

      Thanks for the feedback and suggestion! As for the platform grab thing, it isn't ever really the primary strategy for pressuring opponents on platforms and instead comes into play once you've conditioned them to be fearful and shield. So, first you need to force them to respect your aerial pressure with floating up air below the platform, up tilts, etc. so that they feel they need to shield or else they'll be punished. That's when you can start to use this option as a mix up. I hope this helps, thanks again!

    The JCFF is extremely hard to master. The way you do it is your press down FRAME 1 after you float so you either are frustrated because you pressed it at the same time or too late. It’s so infuriating to master and do it consistently.

    Also are you supposed to press down first and then jump for float cancel? Or jump first and then down. Important for the rar float cancel.

    Hi! This is my first Smash game and i’m trying to main peach, I‘ve been having a hard time using float as my strength because i‘m always so slow with it. I am using the pro controller and I have jump on B (bottom button). Should I maybe change this to something else to help me with my float mechanics. I‘ve been finding myself hardly using Nair in a match. Most of the time just Fair and Up air when jumping. - I know he mentions his buttons briefly, just want to know what others prefer as buttons for peach.

    Is there a more consistent way to turnaround down tilt?

    • @PhobicSSB
      @PhobicSSB  5 лет назад +2

      Buffering or holding the direction while in the middle of another action like dropping from a ground float or while in the endlag of a move. Then you just have to learn the timing of the earliest your can input the dtilit while still getting the turn around. That can make it easier, but you really have to learn the timings for yourself and get a feel for it in the situations you want to use it.
