XG is a group with 7 Japanese members. They released two songs thus far and both are all english. Everything about them is heavily kpop influenced.

Nothing about them is K-pop!!! Don’t take away their global status from them
XG is not just k-pop, they consider as global girl group aiming for international audience.

xg is an international girls group, they prefer not to be labeled as just kpop. they have 7 members and jurin is their leader. they have two official track at this time, tippy toes and mascara, both have mvs that you should totally check out. their songs as a group are less rap heavy of course because they have amazing vocalists as well, like juria, chisa, and hinata. they're definitely worth looking into more!

XG is a Japanese group of 7 members, that is trained and built based on the kpop system, but oriented to be international-first two releases were in english. They’re currently based in Korea but I think they travel back and forth to Japan. What you just witnessed was basically special content showcasing their rap line. Jurin, the 4th rapper, is their leader. You should check out the special content that their vocal line released. And their dance performances. This group is scary. The rappers rap like backpack rappers, the vocalists are legit talented, and they dance like a dance crew.
Lay's dance and performance skills are amazing. When he performed at his Grandline concert and the Metamoon event in USA, he was on 🔥!!

Brisx, Ten's song was first introduced on Great Dance Crew on Youku. He was a judge on there along with Cheng Xiao who is from WJSN. It's a really good show to check out if you like dancing.

man, I've been trying to get more people to react to xg and I feel like everyone is finally catching on. they deserve it💜 (also, these are just the rappers, the vocalists had their own solo projects before)
Surprise surprise Ten was involved in the styling for this mv like he was for Paint Me naked and he actually received this song the same time he did PMN but he said he wasn't feeling it at that time so he focused more on PMN which was something different for him because as you know NCT and especially WayV be making some hoe anthems 😂 so PMN was different but it was also who Ten felt like at that time well this young man felt like he was ready to put that sauce on Birthday and he did and he again got asked to be hands on with the styling as well as the set up for the mv and he delivered because Ten is art and he makes art out of anything he touches so here we have it. Man I'm only watching reactions to this with a few people because between crying over Jin's solo song and crying for a different reason over Ten I am tired 😂. Great reaction as always 💜.

XG is a global group made of all Japanese members (I believe) and this is just the rap line. They have 2 title tracks - Tippy Toes, Mascara. I def recommend checking them out. And I agree with you that they kinda did Harvey dirty with her beat. Cocona and Jurin Def went crazy❤️🔥 (I also recommend listening to Fifty Fifty. Theyre getting more support little by little. They just debuted, title track is called Higher but they have some predebut songs. Lovin Me is amazing and then they have a predebut song called Log In that shows their girl crush side.)
I heard it from someone about Harvey’s placement in the cypher and her introducing a new flow/vibe, I thought I would share something I saw from a Japanese fan abt the order the girls went in for this cypher:
There is a Japanese word "起承転結", which means the structures of traditional Japanese narratives.
起 introduction
承 development
転 twist
結 conclusion
this cypher kinda follows that rule

If it’s your first time seeing XG, there’s more. The rap lyrics of Tippy Toes are really well done. The dance energy in XG MOVE #1 is amazing. XG is next level. They’re gaining traction, but really deserve more attention. Chill Bill remix and Cocona’s dance video are other standouts.
