10:54 That's what drew me into Girls' Frontline so many years ago. I was super into Kantai Collection back then, and was enamored by how the KC community made whole storylines and worldbuilding despite the game literally having none. Girls' Frontline offered both a coherent plot and surprisingly thorough lore, both of which have only expanded over time. Before long I'm already neck-deep in the MICAverse. Anyway, I like seeing more people getting excited for GFL2! Means I've got more people to share this brainrot with lmao
@zelden3836 It's an opinion. New characters and old have closure to their side stories cause, technically, It's part of the main story of each event. Can you say that about any Hoyoverse game. Yes, Nikke has the darker story but not by much.
The story in the first game isn't finished yet, it has few major events in the future, but lore videos are plenty, but i would recomment "Girls frontline - a thoroughly biased review" from the Anime Detective, it summed up what the main franchise is all about pretty well. Lore is REALLY deep, and story is pretty grimm and dark at times. Like, the first major event in the first game was about KCCO (spetsnaz of NewUSSR) just killing a lot of dolls who were like "Oh, we are so glad you are here! A friendly reinforcement is just what we need, enemy was almost overruned us, we thought it was our last stand!" and then they all got killed because they thought that humans were their allies. (it was war of T-dolls vs rogue A.I. at this point in the story, so they had no clue that humans could've betrayed them). And it's only the beginning, it only goes downhill from this.
The second trailer not a trails, it's an opening in the game, and all white statues are represent events from the first game. (the first one, for example, is referencing a moment in the story when UMP45 had to kill her "older sister" UMP40, because she was infected with a speciall virus and begged UMP45 to kill her.)
If you think GFL2 looks good you need to listen to the ending tracks for GFL1. The ending song for the final story event just released and despite having little context of whats gonna happen its such a beautiful goodbye letter it makes me cry a river.

GFL is in a post WW3 parallel world. The lore in this series puts anything in Hoyoverse to shame. Only Nikke and Archkights can touch it.
what an overstatement and glazing take

Really pretty avatar and pleasant "french" accent. I hope you'll cover more content in the future.

I want a nikke crossover😊
Well you have a Nikke mode which is already available in China.
There is also a guy called HeroMysticLYX that is currently doing an abbreviated story summary of GFL1 and the first episode is over an hour long
