Hello what the f*** more do you need.
I definitely think they deserve another trial or at the very least parole.
I don't think these are murderers but at the time we didn't understand PTSD, the effects of sexual abuse and especially the effects on men.
Trauma internalized can come out in very bad ways like violence.

The monsters were the parents, not the children. The father was a disgusting p3d 0, that is known now, and the mother hated them and blamed them for the father's emotional distance. There is also a documentary on Netflix called I Killed My Father about a physically and emotionally abused boy who did not even get any prison time. The story of the Menendez brothers happened in the 90s, a time when sexual abuse between men was not talked about, much less by fathers to children. I am a psychologist and the damage caused by sexual, physical and emotional abuse is deeply harmful, so much so it can lead you to commit a crime like the one the brothers committed. It seems to me that with the evidence today they should have a new trial.

I’ve been studying criminology a few years past year couple students and I decided to do a deep kind of gypsy case because she was being let out. I assume she was a few victim in the fax. Her medical information has been leaked as well as recently autopsy has been.. I watched the trial interrogation the text messages between her and Nick. Gypsy should’ve never been Mendez actually should Another trial. Gypsies boyfriend neck absolutely deserves fair trial he never got one. Long story short, she blatantly wire the interrogation alone shows how much she lies and manipulates. Text messages she sent to Amanda, who is on the spectrum level two autism with mental health disabilities was receiving a disability check with absolutely sickening what She did him. He literally thought that He was saving her life in reality. She could’ve easily walked out that door with her and ran away. She pleaded with her several times to run away with her And she wouldn’t take an answer. She planned it for over two years, manipulating and gaslighting this Man she was 23 he was about 25. His mind is literally a 15 year old level. Anyone knows anything about autism is that they have extreme difficulty lying And they’re more easier to manipulate. Specially, if these level two, if you’re level two that you need assistance for the rest of your life, you need someone to guide you and help you.
She lied over and over again with how he treated him sick And she lied about
Nick as well making him seem he was really disturbed when reality she was the one that was into all that dark stuff and she pulled him into it she did that before with her last boyfriend before nick.
Also, her mother never medically abused her. Her mother was a liar and a con artist like she is in a grifter, and she lied about her daughters, illness and exaggerated her financial aid. Free vacations and gifts that’s not Medical abuse.
She actually does have a chromosome deficiency disorder which explains the procedure she had done and when you take a deep medical record, she only had three in invasive surgery and one muscle biopsy. That’s not much. She did have a lot of tests because she had a lot of symptoms and at the time she wasn’t diagnosed with the chromosome deficiency disorder so her mother brought all her mother did was try to capitalize on their Health issues.
People have to stop blindly believing anything gypsy Rose says she has so many inconsistencies in her story. She had access to a phone access to the Internet, the original, no chains or handcuffs. She was never tied to a bed. Labors have stated time and time again anonymously the gypsy was the one who offered snap her mother when she was looking and dynamic was the opposite.
It just way too much information to go over. Nicholas is serving gypsies time and Nick should’ve gotten the plea deal. His mother was so distraught she ended up turning into substance Taking her life away in year 2021. She has destroyed more than one person life, and she continues to hurt people with her actions to this day even with her last husband she has a pattern of using and discarding people as soon as they’re no longer abused, those are some of the most dangerous people.
I want to check out Becca scoops channel and look at all the videos about gypsy Rose I plead with everyone to have open mind.
She breaks down all the evidence brilliantly
Her ex-boyfriend Nichols, who she used never ever received a fair trial evidence was excluded from his trial just like the Mendez brothers people are advocating For another trial and gypsy desperately doesn’t want that because she’s so afraid of people finding out in those text messages also exposing The truth of her medical condition as well as the video she sent nick. She calculated every single step.
Anyone who Who has a loved one with autism or a loved one with mental health issues and disabilities should be outrage for what she did to him..

She hated them, she called them psychos and sociopaths, she regret having them and often referred to them as "the ruiner of lives". She was too obsessed with her man to care about them. By far the worst woman I've ever heard of, an enabler, she was aware of all of it, but wouldn't let go of her cheating scum (her husband). Well when you reach an age when you realise the trauma that’s been inflicted on you and is still being inflicted on you, I can only imagine that eventually you would see red. Murder is obviously never the answer and they shouldn’t have done what they did, but context is important here, they dragged them into those court rooms, forced them to relive the most traumatic and embarrassing details, then locked them up and threw away the key without a care. This case needs to be re looked at and these men should be free, they’ve served their time and then some, at least let them attempt to live the rest of their lives with some peace and freedom. Locking them up for life is letting their abuser win, it sickens me.

I remember another case where a guy who was being SA’d by his mother when he was a kid mentioned that at the time he thought it was normal and that all parents did that with their kids. Point being, you can’t come at cases of severe prolonged abuse expecting the victims to behave like normal rational human beings with normal healthy upbringings. Yes, it's quite possible for someone to be a psychopath and lie about being abused after the fact to try to get away with murder, but I find it hard to believe that they would start lying about it at such a young age and keep the lie up for so long. It seems that they told multiple people about the abuse in some way over the years. And didn't one of the boys from the boy band Menudo also say that the father abused him too? I mean, it seems like the father was in fact abusive.
At the very least, I think the jury should have been able to hear the abuse evidence and decide for themselves if they believed it during the actual trial and not just during sentencing.

the Menendez brothers’ spending on luxury items after their parents’ murders could have been influenced by emotional factors like stress, guilt, or a desire to cope with the trauma of what had happened. After committing such an extreme act, they may have been experiencing intense psychological turmoil, and extravagant spending could have been a way to distract themselves or numb those feelings. People under high levels of stress or emotional distress sometimes engage in impulsive or reckless behaviors as a coping mechanism.

Was I watching a completely different show or what?. The series did quite a good job at portraying the boys as victims of abuse. Now I think no one will ever truly truly know what happened but the brothers but for what it’s worth the show makes it a point that it’s very plausible the boys were, if fact, abused. It also explains why anyone would think they weren’t as well. It was unbiased. Did the brothers lie about a lot, yes. Were the brothers abused? Probably. Were they abused and also lied about a lot of other things? Probably. The only undeniable truth we know is we will never know 100% what happened. But the show did not paint them as cold blooded murderers like these comments are trying to say they did.
