@1:20 You said the government gives free money for education. Dear, this is Canada, there's no such thing as FREE money!! The government gives you a loan, and you will have to return it later with interest. Please do not spread the wrong info.
these type of newcomers give wrong info about life in canada and then people think that education is free , funded by government. the reality is that education post high school is not free and is very expensive. finding a job after these certificates from community colleges is not easy either not as easy as this vlogger is saying it is

sister, this is wrong information that the government pays for your education and it is free. I have been in this country for over 22 years the govt can give you a loan to study but you have to pay it back, nothing is free! public education is free for children but all colleges and universities are not free

I have been in this county for 25 years . Because of these types of videos, Canada's image is getting bad . Nothing is free in this county .taxes are deducted at source, but those are invested into medical education and other services. If you are a PR or citizen of Canada, education is free until grade 12.
During covid due to scarcity of nurses , the government introduced one program, where the government provided free education and childcare or living expenses the program was called personal care worker to assist in hospitals and clinics.
Education and transportation are free until grade 12. Afterward, the government provides loans like any other counties
If you lose job , you get employment assistance and if you demonstrate that even after trying hard and if you don't land up in any jobs , the government will assist you with a second career.

Nothing is free. I also did course when I came and took osap and had to repay and never got a job in that field.
I'm a Canadian born 3rd generation and no government of Canada paid for my further education after 12th grade ,or anyone else in my family they all paid for their education

Happy to hear you are going for medical assistance, try also medical coding . My daughter came to USA in 2018 she started studying for coding she completed course now studying to get license for coding. You can work in hospital you get more pay for coding . Try that.

You all look happy for your admission & celebrating it reminds me of my time when i was new in country & i got my 1st job we were soooo happy over 9th cloud , getting 1st job in a new country is always abit difficult once you get it pir Allah agay rasty khud ba khud kolta jata hai. I had my course in cuber security last year bt online study is abit more difficult & hectic i guess as we are used to with physical education mery tu sor mai dard ho jata tha 😆, but Alhumdulillah guzar gya woh time bhi . she is not providing correct information , these courses are not free! the govt. does not fund these. you can apply for student loans but you have to pay it back.

I got my RN license in US as I was super excited for hospital and medical professional work. I think with experience you will get that pay rate in US they start $15 or $18 MA . MA is mostly office work . Medical job is not hard to find they need people for medical care all the time . Good luck
