    I learn more from LNSPLTBLVD channel on this build than any other. (Please make longer
    in-depth video's on this Evo chopper build.) again 10/10👍

    Hej , Man , I think 22/49 ratio sprocket will be too slow for you.. too high revs especially if you build this beauty for long hauls .. I would go 24/48 or even 24/46 IMHO. I talk it from my own experience .

    • @LNSPLTBLVD
      @LNSPLTBLVD  Год назад +2

      Thanks for the tip. Choosing the right gearing was tough. 22/48 is stock belt drive ratio and I enjoyed that when the bike was stock. Wanted to try something new so i went with 22/49. It’s 4% deeper (faster acceleration). If it doesn’t work out then I’ll try another setup.

    Hey man, would you consider creating a video of things to look out for when buying a shovel head motor?
    There’s a lot of motors on eBay that look great and provide details but as a person who just sparked an interest in building bikes, it’s all just a foreign language to me.
    Would be awesome to see a beginners advice video

    That Evo may not be the most classic choice for an engine. But I think the EVOS are the best engines Harley ever built. Over a 100k on mine.

    On the Evo chop that I am building with the same "cocktail shaker" muffler, the exhaust note was ridiculous due to the steel plug with a small hold drilled into it in the muffler. I removed the plug but haven't got to start the bike up yet.

    I've noticed you've moved away from the springer frontend bit. Any particular reason(s)? I've been flipping and flopping myself with the 2 setups, i.e. rideability vs weight savings vs looks. Looks good what you're configuring.
