Can you chose one of the per-formatted / designed screens as your default screen on startup? Thus you won’t have to scroll thru and re-chose your preferred screen. Hopefully so so I won’t have to hunt and re chose a screen after each start car up. Thanks.

How accurate is the reading of the speed? I live in a country where there are speeding cameras. that means if you exceed the limit by 1 KM it will fine you. Im looking for something very accurate and with no lag.

Can't get it to work with my 1999 Isuzu Amigo. It kept crashing the first time I tried to use it, It would say "Connecting..." for about a minute and then flash some other words and turn off for about 5 minutes. Eventually, after changing nothing it stopped doing that and it pretty much works but will not show any information..? Everything just reads 0 or nothing. in the data stream everything reads "non". Anything I can do about this?
it does not work for cars older than 2004. i have the same problem with my 2001 lexus is300 but it worked fine for my 2005 honda accord euro

I’d recommend getting one of those phone mounts that are just clamps and suction to windows or a hard surface and just use one of those, my local 99 cent store sells them for about 4 bucks
Can it make any setting changes for the ECU data? example RPM settings .
It does not change anything on the ECU, only for the HUD display.

No. The device is off when the car is off.
I put bigger tires on my car than stock so my speedometer is inaccurate, how do I know what percent to set the speedometer to so it’s accurate?
Get someone to sit in the passenger seat with their phone using a GPS based speedometer and have them adjust the unit until the speed on the HUD and the phone match up
When i go from a stop to as fast as my car can it starts beeping with an alarm, why does it do that? I think it displays something but I don’t have time to look before it disappears
That's the RPM alert. You can change it in the settings.

@@dial2fast I bought the a8 heads up display and used it on my 2003 wrx and it did not communicate with the vehicle, just read hub on the display, I read the manual and they said anything after 2003 with obd2 should work, but does this one state that it will work with vehicles over 96 and with obd2? I want to purchase this one just for mileage and battery voltage but do not want to waste my time again, any information would be appreciated

OBDII is standard on N American vehicles made after 1996.
Sorry but that is not a Heads Up Display - If it was the information would be projected onto the windscreen. It's a digital display screen
the title of the video is the title of the product, maybe it is not an HUD, but that isn't the poster's fault.

This is not HUD ! This simple LCD display.
Readings are laggy
The main screen on that device is not level. Poor design or quality control. The screen issue makes this device look cheap.
