This was the first song that came to mind, my way of expressing my grief for his pain and suffering. Despite his pain, he had the most infectious laugh and smile. I don't don't exactly how long they were together, there's so many different stories. Watching his video the hard way he's with someone else, she said they were off and on for 26 years. Watching him talking about Allison, he broke down and cried. It made me cry, the pain in his eyes and on his face. I think it was fabulous when I found out they were together. I wish they still were. I listened so intently and felt it so intensely. I was at a bar and they were putting on their own version of the REALLY old TV Dating Game Show (RUclips it ;) They selected 3 guys and 3 girls from the crowd-- me being one of them. I was so shy that I can't believe I went on stage. One of the questions was: If you were to sing a song to your potential date (that was the prize at the end of the game) what would you sing? I just let the lyrics fly! He picked me in the end!! 😊
