      @@Bee___333 I’m so sorry for your loss. I have two cats now, brother & sister. The woman selling them & their other siblings advertised them as 10 weeks & we would have picked them up at 12 weeks. We picked them up & we were told they had been flea & worm treated. But they were flea ridden. She had a baby & 18 month old on the living room floor. We took them both instead of one. The vets told us they were no older than five weeks old & they had been eating adult cat biscuits. We were told if my friend & I had not spent the day bathing & combing, bathing & combing them, they would have died by morning. We had filmed them to send to the RSPCA & to show the vets. Both the cats see us as Mum & Dad confirmed by the vets. They are almost ten years old now & I am dreading losing them.

      My little baby Sebastian is sweet like this. Whenever I get sick, he won't leave my side. I have many health issues, so when they're flared, he won't push me to play with him as much. And if I'm sad or crying, he runs immediately over to me to lick my tears. I can't even rub my eyes without his getting concerned and forcing me to let him check my face. Once I was sitting on the floor and he was on the chair above my head. I rubbed my eyes, but kept dodging him trying to lick me. This little dude STEPPED ON MY HAIR TO MAKE ME LEAN BACK!🤣 I hope he's around when I have my first baby and we can have moments like this.

      "He knows she is a baby" is true!! My Boxer knows immediately and adjusts her behavior around babies and children -- she typically runs full speed and pounces on visiting friends (they've made her accustomed to that!), but when it's a smaller person she runs full speed then stops in front of them so she can greet them (you can tell she wants to jump or love them but she holds it in LOL) -- she also follows them around and stands guard in a protective mode when ever one is around.
      It's really quite amazing how smart they are naturally -- named "man's best friend" for good reason! ❤

      I meant to mention, I also agree he knew she was coming -- ours knows when we are sick/not feeling well, when we are planning a trip and gets extra excited for Christmas (she literally knows!)!! And congrats to you parents, too, because you introduced them in the right way so Kobe doesn’t feel jealous. Much love and great doggy/daughter moments in the future. 🐕💕👼

      We were jumping on the couch, I was the youngest, like 3…
      My aunt decided at the last minute to move a huge coffee table w/glass in the middle & thank god she did.
      Not seconds later, I got catapulted off that couch & smacked my head on the corner of the table.
      Had she not moved it, I woulda gone thru the glass.
      I had 2 black eyes & a massive knot on my forehead, they called the hospital & kept my up all nite making sure I didn’t have a concussion… that damn dog.. followed whoever held me ALL night… would NOT let me out of his sight, even licking me when I dozed off..
      Once I was finally able to lay down in a bed, he jumped in right with me.. stayed w/me all night & the next day

    I'm glad to see that you put a restraint around his mouth when you first introduced him to the baby. Very important people do this during getting the dog accustomed to the baby, just in case
    Edit: it is a restraint. It is around the mouth. You have google.
    It was blatantly obvious that it was for concern for the baby and rightfully so. I never said what kind of danger. I never said the dog would or would not intentionally hurt the infant. I never said anything about a specific breed at all. All I said is that you never know what can happen with a pet, and since an infant can't obviously defend themself, it's good to be cautious. And yes I have a Blue heeler and a toy Australian shepherd. You don't have to be knowledgeable about pet gear to know how dogs can act.
    Stop making weird assumptions out of nowhere please. You make dog owners look stupid.

    • @KrazzeeKane
      @KrazzeeKane 10 месяцев назад +32

      Well I can tell you aren't a dog owner--that's not a muzzle or mouth restraint lol, its an anti-pulling leash. They had 0 concern of a bite or danger, it was to keep him from dashing and pulling as much. Dogs do NOT just suddenly attack out of nowhere with no warning, anyone who says they do is quite literally lying. There is always a reason--a good boy golden would never just suddenly savage a baby randomly. But the ignorant will believe what the ignorant will believe

    • @ShadowProject01
      @ShadowProject01 10 месяцев назад +8

      This isn’t entirely accurate. Know the breed. Dogs are like humans in that regard. And as mentioned in the comment above dogs don’t aatck or bite without cause. In interactions like this dogs tend to be more curious and take facial ques from their owners. Seeing their owners caressing and cooing over something small and fragile ques them that a new addition to the pack was just added and they want their scent hence the sniffing and licking.
      If the parent is overprotective or gives negative facial ques that can confuse and upset the dog depending.
