Not just sleeping but sleeping inside, surrounded by steel... My wife and I used to live in an apartment facing the street. One night we were awoken by a horrific sound. My wife woken up screaming because she thought someone surely died, it was that loud... What was it? A shopping cart, filled with glass smashed and covering half the block during a hit and run (thankfully the homeless man pushing it was uninjured)... Point of the story is this, a loud, traumatic, explosive sound doesn't always mean it came from an explosion. Your brain simply appoints a label as it tries to comprehend what it is experiencing.
First off ice bergs do not exist the ship was blown up by the men that wanted the forming of the federal reserve because 500 men that didn't want the federal reserve were suckered on board and they died and 6 months later the federal reserve was formed
I knew a survivor. She said her mom woke her up because her mom heard a explosion and then their cabin smelled of sulfur burning. It got so bad her mother decided for them to get dressed and go to the outside deck for air. The survivor said that this was a long time, hours before an iceberg was even mentioned, because the ship hadn't hit it yet. She blamed that on her being so young and any waiting time took forever at that age. Since they were already on deck, a crew member asked her mom to get in one of the first lifeboats, " just for safety reasons" Then they had to wait "forever" again in the lifeboat. Not many joined them, many refused to. The mother carried a small blanket with them, she got under it and went back to sleep. She remembered people crying. She didn't understand why the big boat they got on was a different one. She became a school teacher. She believed that the explosion caused the ship to lean, power to the propeller on one side became slow which caused the ship to steer into the iceberg.
The explosion was planned on purpose so that the ship owners could receive the substantial amount of the insurance money . Several investigations revealed problems with the ship builders and its owner(s).

That is right! They said that "Even God couldn't sink the Titanic." There you go! Nobody should use God's name in vain or in a blasphemous way. John Lennon had said before he was shot that the Beetles were more famous than Jesus. That was blasphemy and he didn't live much longer. We should pronounce God's name respectfully.

There was no picture taken of the ship when it' was scratched but survivers might of said it was sratched but it would be hard to see it because it was deep in the water.
@@rocketsauce5067 The three major financiers who died in the sinking were John Jacob Astor, Benjamin Guggenheim, and Isidor Straus. If you think there is some connection between their deaths and the establishment of the Federal Reserve in December 1913 then think again, because the first two never expressed any opinions about the Fed., whilst in October 1911 Straus had spoken in favour of it.
An iceberg shirred the side of the vessel. Lookouts in the crow's nest were asleep at the wheel (so to speak). So ship hit the iceberg. Jerry Korzybski, Havre De Grace, Maryland
That woman was the wife of John Jacob Astor, but she didn’t actually help him. Mrs. Astor was only 18 when the titanic sank not in her 50. Also, only 2 lifeboats went back to rescue survivors and it was after a large majority had died of hypothermia, they only pulled 6 survivors from the water and I can promise you that Vagenat or however you pronounce his name was not one of them, for more information go check out the channel Titanic Honor and glory and Titanic University.
@@jeromekorzybski3837 They weren't asleep or even not paying attention in the crows nest, the conditions that night were perfect for not being able to see an iceberg, it was a pitch black moonless night and the water was extraordinarily calm, that means there aren't any chances of seeing waves breaking at the base of the iceberg, there just wasn't any way of seeing it with the human eye until it was too late. Aside from the obvious one of the design flaws of the Titanic was that it's rudder was too small for it's size, once they did see the iceberg the ship couldn't turn fast enough to avoid hitting it.

Thomas Watson God or gods’ used their omnipotence to put the iceberg in the right location at the right place at the right time. The gods’ or God couldn’t just break the ship in half with hands. That’s how God works.
I actually did. A 21-year old. He'd never seen the movie and when I asked him what he thought it was about he said that it was just another love story and that the whole thing (the ship sinking and everything else) was made up.
When faced with information that goes clear against the accepted consensus of experts, first address the most basic information. See for yourswlf if their cabin number even existed on the Titanic (hint: no, it didn't) Next, see if the names of the men could be found anywhere on the passenger manifest, lists of casualties or survivors.... Again, no. There WAS a man with the last name MorAN, but he was an American resident of Irish ethnicity. He and his sister had gone back to Ireland to collect their inheritance. When the jolt woke them all up, he gathered information, then went to get his sister and told her the ship had struck an iceberg. He made sure she got on deck, and she survived in a lifeboat. Next, if you want, try ro find ANY primary source documentation, like old newspapwr interviews with this man. I couldnt find any. Always check the easily checked basics first.
Also, a huge metal ship hitting a hard piece of ice probably sounds a lot like an explosion, and of course the jolt at impact. If I remember correctly one of the engines also did explode before it sunk completely. Considering the trauma of the situation, and the fact that the man was sleeping, the sound of impact could’ve appeared different to him before he woke up completely and thus seem more like an explosion to him. Kind of like how when we’re sleeping and our alarm wakes us up, sometimes we don’t recognize the melody and perhaps even think it’s a song in our dream.
Bright Side: Do you remember when the Titanic left Southampton dock? Me: Ummmm no? Bright side: Did i hear April 10th 1912? Me: No. No you didn't Bright Side: Yeh thats riighttt. Me: ......
According to the story he was sleeping and FELT what he believed to be an explosion. The iceberg the Titanic rammed into would certainly not only sound but definitely feel horrible. Let's not forget this young man was asleep, and two crows nest men sounded the alarm of an ice berg.
Actually there was black marks on the port side before titanic sailed . Some people believe there was a coal bunker fire there that weekend the steel plating and discolored the black paint. As titanic sailed the fire was still going. The ice burg sheared. The heads off the rivets and cracked the heated metal plating.
Keep in mind we're told that no one felt it. Straight away we have a lie! You probably have a lot of faith in tv and second hand information from the 0.01%
Wouldn’t the titanic hitting a giant iceberg and ripping open along the side of the ship sound like an explosion? Particularly to someone who is inside the ship perhaps already asleep? There’d be a huge crashing sound it’d be hard to determine the cause if you hadn’t seen what happened???
Partially. Many on board didn't hear the sound of the iceberg colliding with the hull, But the initial impact wouldn't have sounded like an explosion. But there was an explosion later on during the sinking, As, I believe - one of the boilers exploded? but more likely it was that combined with the extreme heat of the coal furnaces, And the water was -2 degrees Celsius? it was likely a steam eruption instead... there are many possible options for what contributed to the sinking, But this submarine story? completely false. I'm not going to guarantee that the details I said are 100% possible, However. It's been many years since I last researched the ship, So I very well may have gotten some details about the boilers wrong.
I went to the Titanic museum a few years ago, and they had water that was the temperature of the water that night that you could stick your finger in to see how cold it was. I managed to stick mine in for over 1 minute, which was one of the faster times. My finger was legit purple.

@@jeromekorzybski3837
They weren't asleep or even not paying attention in the crows nest, the conditions that night were perfect for not being able to see an iceberg, it was a pitch black moonless night and the water was extraordinarily calm, that means there aren't any chances of seeing waves breaking at the base of the iceberg, there just wasn't any way of seeing it with the human eye until it was too late.
Aside from the obvious one of the design flaws of the Titanic was that it's rudder was too small for it's size, once they did see the iceberg the ship couldn't turn fast enough to avoid hitting it.

When faced with information that goes clear against the accepted consensus of experts, first address the most basic information.
See for yourswlf if their cabin number even existed on the Titanic (hint: no, it didn't)
Next, see if the names of the men could be found anywhere on the passenger manifest, lists of casualties or survivors....
Yes, the iceberg didn't sink the Titanic, it was the tons of Water that enter the ship once the iceberg did its little job....
It was the water entering the ship. Its not like ooooo a hole in the ship we are going down, it was because it was underwater
It wasn't the tons of water that sunk the shiip, it was the displacement of the air in ship that sunk the ship.
Ultimately, the water entering the ship displacing the air resulting in gravity sinking the ship.

Maybe the impact of the iceberg sounded like an “explosion” 🤔
RuWs6ix it did but sounded a little bit like thunder
You don’t say lol
The explosion was the water hitting the boilers , huge explosions , they were sleeping and probly didn’t hear the first hitting of the ice berg.
Just to clarify; This is in reference to other possible causes contrary to the iceberg leading to the titanic’s demise!
Naaa
I LOVE UR VIDS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH
According to the story he was sleeping and FELT what he believed to be an explosion. The iceberg the Titanic rammed into would certainly not only sound but definitely feel horrible. Let's not forget this young man was asleep, and two crows nest men sounded the alarm of an ice berg.
I don’t get your point, please enlighten me
That was the story. Then made into a movie, with a blue diamond. People believe that too.
Actually there was black marks on the port side before titanic sailed . Some people believe there was a coal bunker fire there that weekend the steel plating and discolored the black paint. As titanic sailed the fire was still going. The ice burg sheared. The heads off the rivets and cracked the heated metal plating.
People have been shot while asleep and not realized it, so the fact he thought that is lowkey comical
Keep in mind we're told that no one felt it.

Hey there, captain here.
I did not, touch, that iceberg.
Wouldn’t the titanic hitting a giant iceberg and ripping open along the side of the ship sound like an explosion? Particularly to someone who is inside the ship perhaps already asleep?
There’d be a huge crashing sound it’d be hard to determine the cause if you hadn’t seen what happened???
well there was an explosion
It took out sone rivets and titanic sank
This whole story is full of lies, this person isn’t even real.
