Today, I’m here house sitting as a Trusted House Sitter with a house sitting assignment in Dallas
I’m recently retired and doing house sitting and pet sitting as a Trusted House Sitter full time for the past 5 years with over 80 house sits (pet sitting).
I’m Dave, a 64 year old retired Nomadic traveling senior that allows me to have a nomad life allowing me to travel and e bike around the country as I combine house sitting and pet sitting and this allows me to e bike in new locations everyday (weather permitting). As of today, I have e biked over 2700 miles since I got my Jasion eb7 2.0 in October 2, 2023 (replaced my back tires 4 times now- worn out tread). What’s the perfect e bike for a senior? For me, it’s the Jasion EB 7 2.0 Folding e bike. At 55 lbs with the battery removed, it’s light enough to fold and pack away into the trunk for easy transport to the next destination.
Living only on my social security and pension and the nomadic lifestyle using Trusted House Sitters as a tool to combine housing and house sitting as a type of barter exchange allows me to schedule traveling options from states such as Texas, Florida, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kentucky, Wyoming, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Utah, Idaho, South Dakota, Missouri and others.

Last week my chain broke on my middrive. No throttling home. Luckily I was only a mile from a bike shop. Long walk when its 90 degrees. Double sucks. 😊

@@Nomadicebikingadventures they told me “We don’t work on Lectrics. “ So I had to mention my niece was one of their store managers. World changed. They replaced my broken link. Ran into her a few days later and she said, there are lots of bikes coming here after breaking on the trail.🫣
