👍. Even if you read 50 pages, there will be clauses that you dont want. But will builder change that for you. You wont be able to buy any property. BBAs are mostly more builder friendly than buyers. Tbere should be basic defined guidelines for all builders for refunds and cancelations. I checked few days back with ICICI bank, tbey are not stopping any disbursements for already sanctioned loans but tbey also confirmed tbey are not sanctioning any new loans for SW and M3M projects. So if your loan is already sanctioned, do check witn your respective banks.

BBA is done, Now they are saying if you want to cancel the unit then need to pay 10% of total project cost (flat cost). But why we will pay if builder in under custody. Please let me know the solution..

Yes they are not refunding and some foolish people make video against me that m spreading panic against M3M even they already start people in their trap.
Same here.. I paid 5lc in june second week and cancelled my deal in third week.. initially they said amount will be refunded in 30days and now they are saying wait till Oct as our Audit team got changed..

Keep exposing frauds like M3M. That’s why their owners are in jail. Name and shame this builder. File a complaint against this builder in the nearest police station, if they are harassing and threatening you. We are with you with all our legal resources available at disposal.
