This is fraud by builder. Thank to God , I was thinking to book flat in M3M Antalya and visited there 2 times and I was lured by so many broker to book by paying 24% but I couldn’t understand their model. So didn’t book there. This Pankaj Bansal has defamed our Bania community

It's not only M3M, ILD Millenium is also cancelling units even after 10 years of booking and with 0% construction till date, and none of authority TCP or HRERA is helping buyers. Builder *ILD Millenium / Emperium Infrastructure* for project *Emperium PREMIO and Grand Centra* in sec 37C and D have done the same flat booked in 2014 now they have cancelled the unit in 2024. 10 year mai 0% construction by ILD and now project sold to Emperium, Emperium is now making false promises in terms of utilities and feature, which they can not make as not approved in the plan

Total amount paid appx 40 lacs 4. Now in October 24 as you know again demanded 62 lacs pdcs within 10 days on WhatsApp message. Again no mail demand letter Builder has cheated 350 buyers and brokers My request why all brokers are still selling those units which was fraudulently cancelled by builder

ये बिल्डर भी चोर है पहले दाना डाला फिर सबके पैसे खाने का सोंच रहा है। M3M स्मार्ट वर्ल्ड ने पहले तो बिना रेरा के गैर कानूनी तरीके से फ्लैट बुक कर लिये। बुकिंग के समय 5 से 6.5 हजार का रेट तय करके किसी को 10:90 प्लान दिया किसी को 40:60। अब 3 साल तक पैसे रखकर नये रेट से पैसा मांग रहा है। पैसे ना देने पर अलॉटमेंट कैंसिल कर दी। मीडिया में 300 से भी ज्यादा लोग कोर्ट जाने को बोल रहे हैं। कृपया ऐसे फ्रॉड के झांसे में ना आना। अपनी पसीने की कमाई ऐसे चोरों को ना दें।
