    I've ran into 3 of these in my two years as a PT. Thankfully, 3rd time around I didn't miss it!

    When I sprained my TFL ligament I had severe bruising all around my ankle so I'm quite surprised you say that he had bruising in the knee which is unusual

    Is it just the knee where there wouldnt be swelling for a ligament injury? With ankles, there seems to always be bruisjng present with a ligament injury. Could you shine some more light on this please Khalid? Is it due to the location?

    • @ClinicalPhysio
      @ClinicalPhysio  6 месяцев назад

      There is very likely to be swelling with knee ligament injury! For example ACL injury notoriously does swell lots
