Brilliant video! I had an ACL and torn meniscus (bucket handle) which have been repaired via surgery. Every single symptom this doctor stated I had word for word. Pop sound via a non contact twist. Agony, swelling and then I was actually able to run in straight lines. Football was a no go after many attempts over 12 years. Then, the 'locking' begun. Inable to get full leg extension that had to be 'shaken free' exactly as the doctor stated. Clearly, a brilliant specialist. After surgery it still 'felt weak' despite doing full rehab and knee strengthening exercises. I then learnt through research, the 'weakness' wasnt a weakness. My hip of the same leg was the 'weak' spot. I then added B 'bulgarian split squats' to my routine at the gym and a comprehensive stretch routine every morning. Within 3 months of hip strength exercises I have complete confidence in said knee. The weakness and lack of confidence wasnt the repaired knee, it was the weak hip! Great video, top specialist!

Hi, great video - at the end there he mentions devices for encouraging knee extension. Are there any specific examples you could give us?
