Thank you, Dr Fazal. I am a Nurse Practitioner recently hired to see inpatients and have never practiced as cardiology NP inpatient only outpatient. I have been a Registered Nurse for many years and previously working in ICU settings but have been out of inpatient for many years, I have been a Nurse Practitioner since 2016 and have worked in outpatient cardiology clinics the last 4 years. Any advice or guidance is appreciated. Thank you for your videos.
Thank you sir. It is very interesting discussion indeed. Yet allow me to emphasize the point that MONA is no longer an accepted treatment recommended since morphine may be harmful and oxygen is also not always recommended unless SPO2 is below 90%. Besides nitroglycerine is contraindicated in case of right sided heart failure which may result in shock due to depriving the heart from the frank starling law. Anyway, thank you very much for this beautiful presentation.
