Ubisoft is insulting the general public of Japan, the Tragedy’s history of WWII atomic bombs in Nagasaki, the Kata Torii was destroyed and memorial for death of civilians in atomic blast in Nagasaki
Ubisoft thought that they could bastardize Japanese culture like they do with ours, not realizing how their culture is full of details and meanings, and how every gesture, word, and the very attitude has been permeated by their unique culture and history. Torii gates are very important. They divide the human world to the world of the Gods, and Japanese people bow before traversing them. Japan doesn't deal with their sacred things like we do.

As a Japanese, I appreciate you spreading the word. Thank you ❤
Ubisoft is French right, why doesn't japan release a super difficult game where they "consulted" and have a bunch if brought haired French civilians surrender constantly. It will be "historically accurate" and inclusive and whatever buzz words these people use
Yes Ubisoft is french company but "but" all assassin's creed were created by Ubisoft Montreal if i am correct. In france, wok people are not as present as in Canada (Don't have so much power I think & I hope)
So sad the video game industry today is tainted by people who don't understand what video game represent for gamers.
Being as racist as them is not the answer.
@@kainslegacy78618French isn't a race...
@@kainslegacy78618 There is nothing "racist" about what they are doing, they are human; last I checked, Ubislop isn't being run by anyone *but* humans. Drop the buzz words that people use to divide us. If anything, the closest word I'd use to describe what they are doing is bigotry. But racist? Not even. French isn't a race, and neither is Japan.
@@Suisfonia You're right. Shoulda used that term instead.
It would be similar to Ubisoft selling a figurine of a plane crashing into the World Trade Center.
It seems like they hired a bunch of people in key positions who never played Assassins creed before and only want to distribute their political agenda
Wonder if anyone on their consulting team were actually Asian/Japanese?
This isn't just AC bombing;
They are alienating Japan which is a pretty big chunk of the market.
So this is not just a one time deal; The games they launch from now on are going to feel it too.
This is why i deleted my Ubisoft account. I'm very happy that i did. F ubisoft and thier woke agenda.
Keep up the good work with all the videos. Peace from Sweden
Just can't wait until Ubisoft finally shuts down.
Wow! For people who say they are knowledgeable of other cultures and want everyone to be culturally sensitive, are themselves the ones ignorant and insensitive of other cultures. What's worse is they don't even apologize for it and continue on thinking they are the ones that are right.
I think some Japanese youtuber have pointed out , that they didn't even ask for permission to use Oda clan symbol .
Lots of Japanese the clan that is exist during Sengoku period still exist today , in which they still use the same clan symbol .
Torii gate represent the boundaries between human's realm and god's realm too .
As in you step foot inside the temple through torii gate , mean you have step into the domain of the gods , you'll have to behave and be respectful .
Ubisoft is insulting the general public of Japan, the Tragedy’s history of WWII atomic bombs in Nagasaki, the Kata Torii was destroyed and memorial for death of civilians in atomic blast in Nagasaki
Yellowflash 'I am not a Japanese cultural expert' neither is anyone else that works at Ubisoft😅 Japan should definitely ban this trash game.
I am never buying any game from Ubisoft. I love Japan and want to move there and these guys have the nerve to insult them because of their egos.
自分は日本人ですがUBIのせいでフランスが大嫌いになりました。最悪です
喧嘩が下手だなあ
多くのフランス人と違ってUBIはクソです、っていう喧嘩の仕方しないとただ日本の敵を増やすだけじゃん
Cultural experts is just a fancy way of saying 'useless DEI hires'.
No no, some woman from Alaska said Japan is fine with this
I am fully convined Ubislop is actively trying to piss off Japan at this point. Prove me wrong.
Is the job of an activist to change history and the perception of reality.
Always was,
Always will.
UbiSoft are treating Japanese culture the same way Rings of Power is treating Tolkien's lore.
Just remeber these's people hate any culture that's exceptional and elevates beauty.
ubiflop is actually becoming real in Japan lol.
Also they have withdrawn from this year's Tokyo Game Show as well the press conference.
Universal: We're releasing a King Kong action figure with dual-wield twin-tower club action.
Americans: Hey! F*c* you! ... how much, tho?
Nah fr cuz I would buy that
I am good with Universal...if it was Disney...that's another story.
@@Dryloch Disneys- King would be changed to queen and would be about fighting the patriarchy
@@Dryloch Two long rubbery objects rainbow colored.
Ubi stock sitting at 2.62USD as of 11.46EST.
Ooooff
Holy shit😮
Imagine a funko pop with a character with a broken 2 skyscraper as background.
or a funko pop with ss soldier and with background of Arc de Triomphe and Effiel tower.
johnny somali is marketing this game
Your profile picture lol
They didn’t think this through.
Go home Ubisoft you're drunk
Culture for Japan and Korea is power - that is why you need to respect it.
Which is a reason why the Koreans hate the Japanese. The Japanese when they controlled it, put a Japanese stamp on everything.
NY Times 1984: After Japan formally annexed Korea 74 years ago, it went on to ban the use of the Korean language, force Koreans to adopt Japanese names and compel school children to do obeisance at Shinto shrines.
All ppl that died in Hiroshima Nagasaki are being disrespected by Ubisoft. ALL of them.
Let that sink in...
They also cancelled their promotions in Tokyo Game Show.
As someone who owns every single assassin's creed, I have no interest in this game and am not buying it... I'm not waiting for reviews or waiting for a sale I'm just not interested
At this point it’s hard to think that this is anything other than an intentional insult.
Ubisoft Chinada is beating a dead horse to see what'll come out
Is THAT what it is? CCPuppets? That explains the unsolicited hate on Japan...
Funny how "cultural appropriation" doesnt apply to them
