The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is the premier investigating agency of India. Operating under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, the CBI is headed by the Director. Originally set up to investigate bribery and governmental corruption, in 1965 it received expanded jurisdiction to investigate breaches of central laws enforceable by the Government of India, multi-state organised crime, multi-agency or international cases. The agency has been known to investigate several economic cases, special cases, cases of corruption and other high-profile cases. CBI is exempted from the provisions of the Right to Information Act. CBI is India's officially designated single point of contact for liaison with the Interpol.
CB-CID is a special wing in the CID headed by the Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) and assisted by the Inspector General of Police (IGP). This branch investigates serious crimes including murder, riot, forgery, counterfeiting and cases entrusted to CB-CID by the state government or the High Court.

With reference to CBI chennai case Petn. no :13352/2020/BANK / CC-HQ dATED 06-01-2021. A sale deed doc.no :5001/2013 Registered against madras high court madurai bench status quo order by joint 2 tirunelveli sub registrar office. After all the previous document and related to doc no : 5001/2013 is illegal as per revenue department order
the same document has been used to get a loan from SIDBI bank MADURAI by MOD doc no ;455/2015 by joint 2 sub registrar office ,TIRUNELVELI. Another 20 cents document of the same land has been used to get a MOD loan from melapalayam UNION BANK OF INDIA branch for the same land TS:1615. Both the loans are not repaid and become NPA.
When we asked the tirunelveli district registrar an inquiry was conducted by tirunelveli district registrar and an order issued after four and half months to approach the court for the solution. Honorable madras high court order breached during registration of document and asked us to approach the court. OPPOSITION PARTIES NOT EVEN ATTEND THE INQUIRY CONDUCTED BY THE DISTRICT REGISTRAR. The pathetic situation is district registrar says it is a mere irregularity and order issued by the district registrar in tamil language does not matches the words and meanings of the subject between one page and next page besides does not even having the page no.
The joke the of the century is tirunelveli municipal corporation , Revenue department accepted our rights and writ over the land. But SIDBI and RBI says at the time of sanctioning loan document title is clear But District REGISTRAR says both have the right and go to the court for settlement by breaching the court order despite of status quo order issued by madras high court madurai bench.
Please find yourself the attached district registrar order, our appeal letter and enjoy the comedy . It is guaranteed that 100 % you will be amused and relaxed.
