He stopped being a man of God and let his ego and power destroy his salvation. That's why with certain things in the Bible you have to be lead by your spirit some ppl wrote it as to what God wanted and others wrote certain parts to fit their narrative. As I stand before Jesus! For... I (of 92 yrs of my age) walked into a church; in Tampa FL (1941) and I was 9 yrs old. And I went there, because that was a BRAND new Church. And every night, for 5 nights. Where they would have many things there! And in my case, I loved the Magicians, Singers and the Food. etc. So I didn't pay any tension; of the Pastor's Sermon, LOL. Yet, I was there for 4 nights; to get that "HUM" food, LOL! BUT...when the 4th night came; there was something that made me to listen to it! In that Preacher's Sermon. And it was about "King Solomon". And his "Wisdom and his Riches"! Thus, I was blown off ;and excited to the "nth" degree! And that night, I prayed to Jesus; and asked to have "Wisdom". For every night, 40 yrs. And often now. Praise Jesus' Holy Name! Thus, NO other scriptures*; caused me to be blown away; like that! And when I saw your video; it brought "Teats of Nostalgia that I can't describe. For I will never forget King Solomon. Yes, He went way DOWN with; all his riches and women! And Sins Quintessential But at the End, God brought him back. For what He should do! And he did it! Praise Jesus' Holy Name. Thanks you Kind Sirs. I get your point. Perhaps is better to see it as Solomon trying to find his soul. Ecclesiastes is part of the canonical bible, I suppose that's why Christians continue to bring it up. God's blessings to you!

I think it is very sad that Christians bring up verses from Ecclesiastes as a Gods Word, it is clear that Solomon was lost soul.
