We tend to take for granted the people who suffer with us. Did u notice she stood with him in his suffering and as his wife suffered too? She was misunderstood. If we read the story and understand the context, she felt sorry for him and wanted him to have peace from his pain the only way she knew how. She wasn't telling him to curse God and did bc she wanted bad for him. She was a rider who had a moment of weakness as she watched the man she love endure excrutiating pain despite being a righteous man. She too was seen as righteous in the eyes of Job and God bc they understood and was rewarded and restored with him. It was with her that his legacy was restored so trust, she was not evil. We tend to take for granted the people who suffer with us. Did u notice she stood with him in his suffering and as his wife suffered too? She was misunderstood. If we read the story and understand the context, she felt sorry for him and wanted him to have peace from his pain the only way she knew how. She wasn't telling him to curse God and did bc she wanted bad for him. She was a rider who had a moment of weakness as she watched the man she love endure excrutiating pain despite being a righteous man.
She too was seen as righteous in the eyes of Job and God bc they understood and was rewarded and restored with him. It was with her that his legacy was restored so trust, she was not evil.
We should re-read the Bible stories for ourselves and get out of our flesh as we do, so we can understand the context and truth.
