Tony.. I was listening to the C to G. Recognized it .As soon as I saw the PDF; I recognized the descending C 6 pattern..almost immediately. (C A G E). I did it and various other arpeggios or broken chords since dinosaurs roamed the earth. I'm still studying your PDF. Working on enclosures. One thing that helped me years ago was doing minor 3rds ascending and descending. C to Eb Db to E D to F Eb to Gb... It has so many benefits.. C to Eb to Gb to A A C Diminished 7. Thanks for the PDF It is appreciated
Hey Tony, got a ? So the 1st Ab7 voicing you had, Gb C and F. Can you use that same voicing, and do that same run, for a D7 #9 chord??? Cant find out right now, I would wake up the whole house
Yo Pianostyle, I noticed you left a comment on Jazzmentl video about diminished scales. He's got it ALL WRONG. I tried to tell him (not on youtube) but he ignored me
@@TonyWinston Thanks Tony. I’m still working on it. I can get the music notation on my screen. Just haven’t been able to move it from chrome to my printer. Now I’m sending the pdf as mail to my wife and see if she can get it to the printer. We will keep trying.
@@TonyWinston I was able to print. So for the bother. Ok now. I just watched the Pinocchio one and the 2-5-1 B form rootless voicings. One question. I’ve known my A &B voicings fir over 50 years, so I’m ok with your exercise. I just wondered why you would give the scales to play and not the voicings? I would think that would be very beneficial to those that are unfamiliar with the A&B forms anx then they could see the beautiful voice leading that results using both forms in the 2-5-1 progression. Just my thoughts. Tell me to shut up or send more money. hahaha 🤣 I learn so much listening to you! Especially riffs you play in your own improv thst catch my ear and I run to the piano an duplicate best I can and make them my own. Thanks again!!
Thank you Tony.

Great Job!!!
You're the best, Tony!
tHaNkS !
I'll second that!
Also, on the George Whitt’s example, why is the Eb pentatonic used? What is the relationship to A7? Is it not Fm pentatonic (relative minor)?
Yes Fm pentatonic. Eb major penta is a tritone away from A7. We works best over A7 altered.
Thank you🌹
Awesome !
🎉 very nice, thank you for sharing 🎉 hope you are well God loves you deeply shalom 🤗🐼♥️✝️💐 Philippians 4:8
Thanks Tony nice video! What piece of Chopin is it? By the way fantasie impromptu is also a nice enclosure lick in c#!
