Ms. Terakubo, thanks for the mouthpiece review. The Okutsu model appears to be an exceptionally good mouthpiece. I won’t buy it as I’m pleased with the Yamaha 4C. I also have some bigger tip mouthpieces that I also like but I find the Yamaha sufficient for my amateur needs and rather stable. Happy New Year!
