NAILED IT...love your red baby...i own 2 Jackson's a KEX (with Blackouts!) and a JS32 Dinky...very fucking awesome guitars!
Eric Valverde awesome, very nice!! I used to have a Dinky DK2M but sold it recently. That thing was a beauty. My Jackson in the video now has gold hardware and AHB-1s 👍
Riff of Begining is not 10001000100011100
Is 100001000010000 30201
Very nice!
2:28 thank you. Was wondering for a bit what Mick Thomsons part was and what he was doing here lol was wanting to learn both parts to see which ones more fun to play or to see if it's possible to swap between both versions on the fly to mix it up a bit. Awesome cover🔥🔥🔥
OMG! IT'S FUCKING AWESOME, MAN!
u deserves more subscriber and views
Very nice
finally a good cover
Very good
Crossroads vibes with those two guitars
steve vai vs ralph macchio? exactly
That's what micks now using I should of been paying attention!
nice 👌
You should get some Seymour Duncan AHB-3s to really get Mick's tone.
Also, get a better amp. Your sound could be so much better with a bit more money than you paid for those two rigs.
Jesse Flores funny you should say actually I didn't long upgrade the Jackson to AHB-1s and they sound beast. I may get the 3's at a later point. Also this rig I have is purely for home practise. I use a valve head for gigs 🤘😊
*****
Well, Mick used those early on in his Ibanez cycle, and they sound just as bitchin'.
How much was your valve amp and what model is it?
Jesse Flores it's the Randall RD20H it cost me £325
*****
Not bad, man.
But would you consider investing in Jim Root's Tiny Terror? (~$400-$500). It would really make these covers even greater if they sound spot on down to the tone. It'll certainly get you compliments.
Cheers man, the only reason I probably wouldn't go for a Tiny Terror is that I'm not keen on the 1 knob "tone" for EQ. I prefer more control, and the other major thing is the fact it's single channel. I like to switch between clean and distortion quite a lot at gigs
🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽🔥
I saw this a while ago and when it came up in suggested videos I saw the guitars and the channel name and thought wait is that the guy from hair trigger?!? Am I the first person to say that? lol 😂😂 Great job BTW and love the band! Can't wait for recorded material, you're recording in June right?
You're the first!! Much appreciated dude thanks haha! June is correct, cannot wait!! You're on our Instagram right?
what tune u used for the telecaster? btw, ur awesome!
Thank you!! Both guitars are tuned to Drop A :)
hey ! would u recommend this guitar (Jackson SLOIST )? I wanna buy but i have no idea about it .. what do u think ?
I love it personally. Delivers in everything throw at it. I would say though (as obvious as it may seem) it's primary function is metal
Mike is my idol
if he is your idol, why dont you even know how to type his name correctly?
awesome cover the sound is not perfect but this is great

Man I had high hopes , up until the solo. Good cover though, keep it up man.
Dude play octaves with the pinkie, and Jim's parts going in the left ear!
nice guitar, where did you buy??
Cheers! The Jackson I bought from Andertons.co.uk and the Jim Root Tele was a rare pick up from my local guitar store :)
That Jim Root Tele sounds awesome :DD
Matheus Vilas Noas: At a Shop.
Karls207 nice
Yea most telecasters are good
How did you learn both parts for this song?
Can you teach how to play the devil in i
+jose gamez I'm going to start using this channel more and posting videos here, so I might be able to do a tutorial at some point
Pls do killpop
Maybe at some point! Finding the time between managing my own band material haha!! Thanks for your comment!
How did you get a guitar signed by Jim used on the album??
Ben Lucke it was part of a Fret 12 giveaway. I didn't win it, the winner sold it on and it ended up in a local guitar store to me
Lucky lucky
I'm so jealous :/
Karls207 lucky man, also who would sell a signed guitar used by the artist who used it on a very successful album?...
What are the amp and pedal settings
+Karls207 Telecaster string gauge ???
Bruno Gutierre 13, 17, 26, 36, 46, 59. 7 string set with the High E removed 😊
String gauges?
this is not a hate comment so don't take this personally but the only that bothers me is you didn't play the triplets in the beginning. the rest of the cover is AWESOME
thanks for the constructive criticism (I know what RUclips is like for comments) and you are right on that one, it was lazy of me haha. I do play it properly now though!
thats great to hear
Your Top String on the tele sounds a little flat.
J Solo Project Official it was 😣

I don’t think Jim Roots clean parts are correct unless you’re playing it differently
It’s quite likely not right, and also it’s pretty wildly out of tune... oops 😅
@@Karl_scj hahah no worries man, still a kickass cover and way better than I’ll ever be
I don't think even Jim Root plays it the same at every show lol.
intro riff is wrong and there is to much treble not enough bass
There's a lot wrong with this haha!! Old video.
