To be honest before I played the game I saw a lot of wright x edgeworth ship fanart but so often, people will ship characters who have basically no chemistry or interactions in canon, relying on the almost nonexistent subcontext between them , so I was completely stunned when I played it and saw how absolutely not subtle the romance undertones were. i thought everyone was making it up or at the least, REALLY exaggerating it… but NO the game itself really is just gay as hell

Seeing how other people interpret dialogue and character interaction from a different perspective can give you such a deeper understanding of the plot.
