I think Kent Williams (the judge) is worse. He's the initial source of nonsense in most of the clips he's in; Vale keeps it together pretty regularly. Granted, he's also in a lot more scenes for other people to mess up...

@spidey5558 It was a (now very old) meme where people would put two fingers on their forearm to indicate that they have "ice in their veins" (meaning that they're "ice cold", ruthless, cool, etc.) popularised by a particular athlete whose name I can't remember. After a while people began to also do it ironically.
